having a spot of diarrhea was a great help this week! so if we call that 14 stone i have 7 weeks and 1 stone to go, exactly 2 lbs a week. as a few people said it seems like this is when it gets a bit tougher. already eating less than 2000 cals a day, gonna try some hill sprints this week i think. hopefully a good way to burn a load of cals without taking too much time. shame this thread has basically died off. interested to know how all you guys are doing. now you've maybe had a few weeks off why not make another target and keep me company?

I am doing tez. Put a stone back on. Owe the charity bundles at this moment in time. Out for lunch with friends today. Told myself I am 1000% back on it tomorrow. Got like 10 weeks to lose 4stone. Maybe even less time than that. Stupidly I still think it can be done.
Excellent work Byron. Real impressive stuff.

14st 1 3/4lb
Put on 1 3/4lbs
Decent start to the week followed by three days where I overate. I really have mentally switched off because I am a week away from my wedding in New York. I currently fit into my suit nicely, so I think I'll just weight myself a few times this week to ensure I don't go overboard this week.
The only saving grace this week is my training for the 10k is going well. It turns out what we thought was a 10k run last week was actually a 9k run, and what we thought was doing it in 55 minutes was actually doing it in an hour, so we have something to build towards after all.

Not exercised in a month. Still suffering with flu symptoms.
When is the next target date?

Top bombing Byron great work I've been much the same as everyone else the last few weeks and just sporadically eating well whilst snacking at shit. I've got about 7 weeks until Vegas so better snap myself out of it and get my nut down properly!! Just setup a nice freeroll for my mum, she gets £10 any takeaway I eat Mon-Friday and £5 for each biscuit/chocolate bar Mon-Saturday Sunday-Friday. I'll allow myself 2 meals off plan per week and snacks on 1 day per week. Considering I was down to 15st 5 a month ago it's pretty annoying how badly I slacked after easter, still I'd have probably been close by now and there wouldn't have been a sweat. At least this way the charities are looking good for a few quid #gonnaenjoythiscurrytonight

Today's food.
Breakfast:
honey nut shredded wheat Cup of tea.
lunch
Sausage and bacon sandwich Cup of tea.
dinner
Jacket potato, salad and cold meats. Cornetto Cup of tea.
Not the greatest but am going to be working hard to get down to a new target of 15 stone 8 lbs.
Posting my diet helps with the embarassment factor.

The OP says to keep the weight off for 3 months, which makes the date around 25th ish June, no? You have written 1st june too, don't know why because that is nowhere near 3 months after the original deadline mate I'm confused. We need to clear this one up so we know what the crack is.

Finally got the bike sorted so riding to work from now on.
Needed a new cassette and gears at the back, although the chain in new. The forks were on the wrong way round, the tyres are 0.3" too big so need to replace them as it means the cassette is in the wrong position. The hydrollic breaks aren't hydrollic and the hubs were loose. One good thing is the frame is in good condition. Never buy a bike of a friend of a friend.
Buyer beware and all that... Anyway now most is fixed barring the tyres which are only slightly too big the ride to work is a breeze!

Decided to set myself a new target.
I'm going to eat as many pies as possible between now and June.
Hope everybody's ok with this slight adjustment.
