Girgs. Don't worry fella, I weighed in at 23st 5, which was a 5lb gain for the wknd, got 8lbs to lose by Sunday.

Most of it will be water weight! For guys our size a decent amount of exercise and eating <1000 cals per day will see a 2/3lb per day loss.

Was up early this morn on the Xtrainer and did some weights. Wish I could work from home everyday, my PC at work has been down since last Weds, but saved a bundle in petrol, been able to have a lie in and do a bit of exercise before work and for the abso nuts I have been able to watch all the footy matches including INGURLAND today which otherwise I would have missed. VIRUSESFTW

For the record I would like to state I offered you a race in DTD car park for everything that was in both our wallets and you bottled it. Wiiiiiiiiiiiii.

GUTTED!!

Weighed in today at 22st 11lbs which technically is a break even week but as I'd lost 9lbs between mon-fri it's a bit of a kick in the teeth.

Several Fruit based cider beverages, a DTD mega burger, a Chinese, another massive burger, a bag of haribo and a kebabmeat pizza and chips didn't help.

Just smashed an hour in gym tho. 6.4km in 59.33 burning 930cals.

Feel like a boxer in the week before a fight. Need to strip back down to 22st 5lbs for the challenge which shouldn't be a problem as I'm back on the T5's and diet.

You can down as many T5's as you like mate. They aren't a match for the feast highlighted.

14st 1 1/2 lbs

2 3/4lbs loss for the week, 1 3/4lbs off target with a week to go. I like my chances, although it will mean I'll have to behave myself during the England matches this week. Once again I've given myself a bit of a sweat for the final week.

Great meeting a few of the other fatties last night.

Thought you looked amazing on Saturday Barry, great result on the diet.

I'm possibly up for a bet. I reckon it will have to be in some way different to this one (maybe more of a fitness challenge or someink) to keep me interested, as we all dipped in motivation a bit near the end.

Back to crushing again. Weighed in today at 22st 6lbs which is a loss of 5lbs in 24 hours. Will go back to weekly weigh in after the challenge has ended.

Did half hour on treadmill followed by an hour PT session.

Feeling good again.

Feeling confident ahead of the big weigh in on Sunday, currently 14st 3/4lb, and the rest of the week is set up in such a way that I don't have much excuse not to exercise/eat well.

Question - on the big day, if I end up weighing in fractions of pounds over, am I allowed to go for a run round the block and weigh in again, like boxers do?

Weigh yourself the day before and if you're over take some laxatives before you go to bed. You can lob a couple lbs off once they kick in the next morning without any jogging Cheesy
