I'm having a nightmare now, although lost 6lbs so far, I can't get away from fizzy pop (drank 4l in probably same amount of days) and maccys just an hour ago!! Also a lot less exercise with poor weather! Sad

Right.

Despite a tremendous effort, I haven't managed to to gain any hight at all, so unfortunately I will have to get thinner in the conventional way.

Bugger!

So if it's ok with you guys, I'd like to join the thread and record my progress (or lack of it) here.

Starting tomorrow, I will post my starting and target weight, then update every day with what I've eaten and my current weight.

Smoke me a kipper...

had a bad day yesterday & have also had a bad day today.

I had gone all month without drinking but went to a family wedding & drank a ridiculous amount, had bad food & hung over today i've gone off the rails.

Weddings don't count, skinny folk eat and drink too much at weddings too. It's day to day stuff that counts.

Final day, 14st 3lb, which means I have missed my target by 1lb. That will cost me £10, and I had another £15 in forfeits, meaning I have £25 to give to charity.

If anyone has any suggestions for a charity, I'm all ears.

The good thing is even though I missed the target, I stuck to my fruit and water thing relgiously, so hopefully I have forged a habit which may stick. The annoying thing is the reason I did this was to fit nicely in my suit, and I am no longer going to the do I had done all this for anyway.

Gonna stuff my fookin fat face today then line up a new challenge this week (Fatty for life, respec the thread). I have my Father in Law remarrying this June so thats a reason to set a target to fit into my suit (My entire weight loss is all based around getting value out of an expensive suit).
