If you guys don't mind, I may well join you as & from Feb 1st, (Friday).

I can only do it if my head is in the right place, & I'm nearly there. I'm as fat as a pig, munching Rennies & Nurafen by the packet, sleeping badly, & have completely lost my zip & zing. All my clothes have that horrible "too tight" feel, too.

If I can just convince myself to start on Friday, I'll join this thread if I may.

I started weight watchers last week weighed 21st 7lbs.

Got weighed this monday and was 20st 12lbs (-9lbs) which is the lowest ive been for a very long time.

Started January 2012 off at 24st 1lb so lost a total of 3st 3lbs if my math is correct.

Obv very pleased with this and my goal this year is to get into the teens. Would like to get to 17st.

Would also like to do the leeds 10k again this year and beat last years time but really lacking the gym motivation atm Sad

Good luck everyone xx

Weighed myself this morning and I'm 15st. Not been this light for years. I'm still hoping the scales were wrong but I doubt it.

Going to ramp up my calories to try to get back up to 15st 10lb or so.

This isn't a brag by the way to try to make you guys trying to lose weight feel bad. These will be quality calories not just a load of Ginsters pasties. It's actually harder to put on quality lean mass than lose weight so this is just as difficult for me as anyone else on this thread.

Lightweight!

Off to buy lunch. I've been having a tin of tuna recently to keep the fat and carbs down to pretty much zero.

Boots meal deal today I think maybe with the optional extra Ginsters ploughmans roll and a piece of cake.

Love needing to pile weight on Cheesy

Lunch:

Urban eat all day breakfast sandwich - 558cals, 25g protein, 58g carbs, 24g fat

Ginsters large ploughmans roll (25% extra free) - 597cals, 18g protein, 36g carbs, 42g fat

Walkers cheese and onion crisps - 173cals, 2g protein, 16g carbs, 11g fat

Totals - 1328cals, 45g protein, 110g carbs, 77g fat

All in all quite an amazing lunch really. Total fat is more than I usually have in a whole day and about twice what I used to have when I was training / dieting hard.

With regular lunches like this it's no wonder there's so many fat people about.

Blimey, that is a fair whack of fat!  I've just had a massive bowl of pasta and lots of bread to go with it - and wasn't happy that it came to about 30g of fat in total.

I think the amount of carbs might bring you out in a cold-sweat though Cheesy

Over 200g of carbs in my lunch, and just checked and it was 23g fat in total (which is a lot for me in one meal).

Problem is, I'm still hungry...
