Can't bear to weigh every day, too depressing when I eat virtually nothing and somehow have put on a pound.

But finally weighed in for the first time in 2013.

Down 20lbs in 55 days.

Pretty happy with that.

That is terrific stuff Keith.

Inevitably, the rate of loss will decline now, but 4 or 5lbs loss every month soon adds up.

Yep, next weigh in will be towards the end of April.

If I have lost 30lbs+ I'll be satisfied.

First big test coming up.

A week down in London for the poker tournaments.

To steer nearly clear of booze and the casino food will be tough.

I'm getting frustrated with myself.

Nothing sorted on diet and today I have eaten...

2 x Sausage and Egg mcmuffin

Orange x 2 .... the Terry's chocolate orange kind...

2 bars of Lindor

2 x walkers crisp

was 11'6 last time I looked

I am just so lazy with this silly diet

Hi Aaron,

My advice would be to qwuit the "diet".

If you are not 100% up for it, it will never work, & you'll just disappoint yourself.

It has to hurt a bit. No pain = no weight loss.

Tuesday weigh in

Week 1 -7lbs
Week 2 - 4lbs
Total -11lbs

Waist: down a jean size

Coming up to a major challenge, an updating weekend

The challenge of this is the long hours, and being out of routine. Tired=determination falters. Valets carry plates of food to tables and I walk past and....

yeah, I ogle the food

So will be interesting to see how I get on. Thinkng I will take a bottle of water, some apples and stick to the healthy menu options such as caesar salad

11lbs? Awesome!

Well done Rich.

The challenge this weekend?

Treat is as exactly that - a challenge to beat the temptation. Nothing is quite as satisfying, wake up on Monday & say "yes, I did not weaken". It is a wonderful feeling.

I had a bad weekend food wise. (otherwise it was great).

I've gained 3lb according to the scales but it's mostly water, it'll be gone in a couple of days.

Aiming to be under last week's 13st 7 1/2lb by next Sunday.

Swelp me God.

Caesar salad isn't really a healthy option. I mean the salad part obv is but the dressing, cheese and croutons bring a lot of calories to the table. If you are a customer in a restaurant you don't have to stick to menu choices. The kitchen will have ingredients and a chef. Ask for what you want. Incidentally if you eat healthier more energizing foods you feel less tired.
