Right I'm back on this as of today!

Had a pretty tough few weeks with my father passing away and the month before was visiting him daily in hospital and keeping wh smiths in business with buying snacks and shit.

I now have more time on my hands and more importantly a baby on the way Cheesy

Although I was doing well on weightwatchers I think I'll decide to pack that in as I've learnt a few things but most of all I'm going to increase my exercise levels. Although I've been getting regular exercise in the bedroom it's time to start pounding that treadmill again.

I'm going to stick to a sensible "diet" but exercise is the key.

My goals are to complete the Leeds 10k again this year in a better time than last year and also be fit for my baby.

Think we're due sometime in October which gives me 7 months to archive these goals.

Will update my weight and today's activities and food after I've been to the gym.

Sorry Mr G. I mean no offence, I'm just joking.  Wink

It's a play on words-  i.e Thinly disguised brag is abbreviated to "Thin"

Regular exercise in the bedroom = Thin.

It's time to start pounding that treadmill again = Fat

Too intelligent for me = Thick.  Etc etc....

Weighed in at 21st 1lb which is a slight gain since last time I was weighed around two week ago but ill take that after the two weeks I've had. Its also exactly 3 stone loss since January 2012.

This morning I had two eggs scrambled on two white toast with low fat spear.

Gym, 5km continuous jogging on treadmill at 7kmph in 42:36 burning 438cals.

First gym sesh in a while and felt really good tbh.

Tea, chicken breast cooked on George foreman, jacket potato with ww cheese and lettuce. Banana and a ww choc desert.

Working tonight so going to take a bag of walkers lites, ww choc bar an apple and banana.

You have to be happy with that. 3 stone is a huge amount.
