Nearly there......

4 lbs left & I'm done, & I expect to achieve that by the end of April. So that will be a loss of 2 stone (28lbs) in 3 months.

It has gone exactly as expected, no drama, no pain, no cheating, just nice & steady. I actually enjoy my food more when I am dieting, & eating properly. The daily highlight is a giant bowl of fresh fruit every night, fresh pineapple, white and red grapes, & a banana, acccompanied by a LF Yogy. The daft thing is, in a few weeks time I'll replace that with sticky buns.

I've had no Rennies since I began, & although my NurOfen count is still too high, it has deffo reduced.

Health-wise, feel much better physically. My main problem has been fatigue, constant tiredness, but that may be age-related.

Am back to my smallest size set of clothes this week, too, jeans with a 34" waist. 2 months ago, it was a struggle to get into 38" waist.

I shall wash my "max size" jeans & give them to Tom. Because I care.

I've worn size 34 jeans since I was in my 20's. I just hang fluctuating amounts of belly over waistband.

Day 53

Starting Weight - 18st 4lbs

Target Weight - 16st 4lbs

Current Weight - 17st 5lbs

Been exercising a lot more this week and lost 2lbs so happy with that.

A total loss of 13lbs since posting in this thread and having weighed in at 18st 12lbs at the start of the year I am very happy with the progress and I am treating it more as a marathon than a sprint anyway.

Back on track!

As long as it's nothing serious, you can't beat a bit of illness to push things in the right direction!

21 stone now and flying, 20 lbs down, probably around 70lbs to go. How I did get this/that big I won't know, i am still big but the fat is going, I am sure of it. And I am absolutely buzzing.

My goalkeeping antics are getting increasingly better too, have a cup final in two weeks at Hanwell Town FC, so a semi pro pitch for the occasion. At the weight I am now and will be then for it I will be terribly overweight. However, I will be very fit for a person my size, and as nimble as I probably can be, so it should be a comedy watch as I will be showing agility and grace that no one could ever associate with a man of my figure.

Neville Southall esque capabilities but add another 100 pies to that. Buzzing for it. Plus I take penalties. Top left corner FTW, dunno how all these pros have troubles missing them Smiley

Subscribed to the rest of you as well now. Well done Tikay for the weight loss, the stats of the rate of which you did it seem great and like the fact you described it as seamless.

The rest of you too, (in recent pages) I have read and the best of luck to you.

Hello all, again.

Completely forgot to weigh myself past couple of weeks, though was defo not losing any weight as was eating too much crap and not exercising. Too busy with work, buying houses and err going to Vegas for a week.

Weighed myself this morning and was 15st 5lb. Pretty happy with that tbh.

Have picked up flu like symptoms whilst in Vegas though, all that aircon I expect. So i'm going to use the rest of the week to recuperate before getting back on it on Monday.

Congrats to those that have stuck with it and continue to get results thumbs up
