Completely forgot to post my final weight. Weighed in at just under 14st 4lb, which I think is 2lb over target when you round up, meaning I owe £20.

Would people mind if I went with a Stroke charity? One of my best mate's mother has just had a really debilitating stroke and he is going to do a run where his employer matches every pound raised.

Week TWO Loss = 3lbs.

Week THREE Loss = 2.5lbs

Week FOUR loss = 2lbs

Week FIVE loss = 2lbs

Week SIX Loss = 1.5lbs

Week SEVEN loss = 1lb

Week EIGHT loss = 1.5lbs


TOTAL loss so far, after 57 days, = 25.5lbs.

April 6th - 12st 4.5 lbs (0.5lb loss)     
 
Week 9 Target - 1lb loss

Month TWO Loss was 6lbs.

Month THREE Target - 5lbs loss loss.

Average loss per week after 8 weeks = 3lbs

Week 1 Update:

Start weight: 82.6kg
Target weight: 74kg
Weekly weight loss required: 1.075kg

Week one weigh-in weight: 81.4kg
Weekly weight loss: 1.2kg

Target tracker: +.125kg

Solid.

Have been absent from this thread for about two months due to a combination of reasons, with laziness at the top of that list. Had set myself the target of reaching 74kg by May 1st but am still around ~83kg. So as long as the thread elders don't mind I'd like to extend my deadline to Friday May 17th, which happens to be a day when I'm off to a wedding so would be a good day to target. Can do an official weigh-in tomorrow morning if necessary.

As a reminder I'm donating £5 per kilo over the target to Meningitis Research Foundation and £5 per kilo over target to Air Ambulance.

1st proper workout since my knee went boom 3 1/2 years ago. Several ops later and a stone put on my leg is ok to start doing basic workouts. I really want a sixpack and get fit one last time in my life. I just find out so difficult now I cant do sports anymore (i used to play footy 4 times a week).

Stretch, 2000m rowing, 10 lap swim, sauna, shower = feels fucking ace. I have missed this so much.

Not really bothered about weight i am 13st 6ft so thats fine, just tone up. Found Fitocracy app which records all this and lets see how long it goes for, hopefully longer than an initial burst.

Day 48

Starting Weight - 18st 4lbs

Target Weight - 16st 4lbs

Current Weight - 17st 7lbs


I have gained 1lbs this week, not really surprised, I was on a stag last weekend and I did fall off the wagon slightly with the beer drinking but I was very good with regards to what I ate, normally I would have eaten my fair share of kebabs and take aways but I stuck to a healthy (ish) regime on the eating front although I was mocked for eating fresh fruit rather than a fry up in the mornings!

I am still struggling with the exercise, I need to get over this, I have been really busy with work over the past few months and continue to be busy now but that is just a kop out, I have enough time in the evenings/weekends to go walking/jogging but I am being well and truly lazy so I need to get myself in the right frame of mind and begin exercising and stop with the excuses!
