Not been here for a while.

Was 11st 8 (I think) at the start and target was 10st7, I'm now at 10st2, nice drop, unfortunately down to illness rather than my own doing. So pleased and gutted at the same time.

Think I will be under 10st soon though how things are going, but actually want to put the weight back on!

I'd just keep eating sensibly Aaron, bit of exercise as well and it will all level off nicely mate. Nice one on getting there anyway, even if it was through a bug Smiley

I was 15st 10 as of this morning, so just over a stone down from the start and I'd like to do another before Vegas in 7 weeks.

Ticking along steadily now and down to 15st 8. Into a good routine, and staying away from the Cadburys is the key for me!

BOOOM!

First time for I guess 20 years that I've been on flight and haven't needed a seat belt extension.

The other passengers must have thought I was a nutter punching the air manicly when I did my seat belt up.

PS  Daley Thompson was on the flight from Gatwick to Newcastle. He did not whistle.

Been a while since I posted. I've managed to get my self down to 13st 7lb, 2lb off my target weight. I've done this through eating healthy and industrial amounts of weight lifting. Rather annoyingly i still have a belly but hopefully that'll keep getting smaller as the training progresses.Once i hit my target I already have getting under 13 st as my next one.

Well done m8, but as I am always told 'abs are made in the kitchen' (unfortunately)

I've done no training this year at all, poor effort from me despite not being in particularly good nick and I'm going to try and bash a solid month out before holidays.

Nice going mate, I was down under 15 1/2 (from 16st 11 in Jan) for the first time since middle of last year I think, and would like to get another stone off in the next 5 weeks if possible.

I've snaffled some serious chocolate this weekend though, and am going for a chinese later on tonight Cheesy

Congrats to all those still hitting their targets thumbs up thumbs up

Personally I done sod all since getting back from holiday. Still not fully got rid of flu/cold that I picked up last month, so getting back on it today.

Starting weight:  16st
Target weight:    14st

Not doing any time targets this time. TBH it's easy to lose a stone really quickly, but it's not healthy. Gonna start off just getting some exercise in and see where the weight ends up.

Will add more targets as I go but for now my first is:

10k target: under 60mins

Not run in months and would probs take 90 mins if I tried today..lol Will get a base time in this week, even I walk the whole way and take it from there.
