A stone off for January, happy with that as there weren't really any tough moments. Sticking with fresh fruit, fresh soups and either a large salad or a M&S FFL meal. No booze. Occasionally given in and had a slice of toast or a packet of crisps, but few and far between. Amazing how quickly mindset can change, I used to think nothing of having 4 slices of toast inbetween meals, now 1 slice feels naughty.
Lots of exercise which I've really been enjoying i.r.o 10 hours a week. Feb will be trickier, several big nights out scheduled, so will see how it goes, prolly happy to lose 7 lbs in Feb, will still be close enough to hit my goals by end of March.

Weighed myself this morning at 18st 1lbs
I would like get down to 15 stone eventually but taking each stone as it comes and keeping it off is the main aim.
Weighed in this morning at 17st 10lbs for a 5lbs loss in the first week.
Today I weighed in at 17st 6lbs for a 9lbs loss in nearly three weeks.
I weighed myself at the beginning of December and I was 18st 5lbs so nearing a stone loss total from where I was back then.
As of this morning I now weigh 17st 4lbs.
2lbs loss for the week which I am more than happy with.
Thanks for the support as well, it means a lot.
Losing weight due to stress is cheating.
Will reply to your PM soonest mate, bit snowed under here. Chin up bud.

Ha!
As it happens, yes, I'm back on the pineapple & beetroot.....
I'm doing it a little different this time, but as always, I'm enjoying it, & I feel in better health already, not touched a Rennie all week. I lost 5lbs this week, though the first week is always an easy loss of course.
Am at 13-3 now, need to be south of 13 by UKPC week ideally.
After that, will probably try & continue down to 12-7. Again.
Ridic, really, I do this twice a year, every year, & have done for 40 years now. Lifestyle change better? Don't be silly......

Thought I would have a weigh in before Super Bowl went off, as I know that I'm going to be consuming a fair few garbalicious treats this evening.
Was pleasantly surprised to be sitting at 232, for a loss of 13lbs since my first way in a couple weeks ago.
I've done a juice reboot in that time, which I found easier than I had expected. Especially considering I hadn't slowly reduced the amount of coffee and other crap in the weeks prior to doing it, as generally recommended.
It talks of migraines, problems with concentration and becoming highly agitated, so I wasn't too worried given that I am permanently two of the three anyway
I went from plenty of bread, biscuits, and about 10 cups of coffee, to 6 juices and 1/2 a litre of coconut water a day.
I think going forward what I will be doing, is to add some of the green juices into my daily intake, and just ensure that I steer clear of bread etc.
Pre game show starts at 7, so where is that Dominos menu

Nice one Marky.
I too will be indulging tonight. Watching the game with some mates, pizza, hot dogs, beer. Back on it tomorow

Starting weight - January 9th: 21st 5lbs
January 22nd: 20st 8lbs
January 27th: 20st 3lbs
February 3rd: 20st 1lbs
Loss of 2lbs this week.
That is a much smaller amount than i had been used to in previous weeks, but I didn't exercise at all out of laziness, and am pretty shocked I lost anything at all really.
Finding it weird on this diet that I no longer want to gorge on anything and no longer do I have the urge for crap food because if i do attempt to gorge all i do is feel sick and because of all of the healthful foods i have been putting into my body recently, it doesn't take to me putting shit back in anymore!
Which oddly enough poses another problem because I can no longer look to get the same temporary enjoyment from junk eating anymore, and find there is a bit of a hole in my life now, which is going to be filled by more playing of sports and reading more, or more poker or whatever, rather than me enjoying the prospect of eating too much pizza or whatever.
This week had be down a pint of coke over the course of 20 mins i got served it, after the Palace game on Tuesday night, out of old habits and feel pretty sick because i wasn't used to the caffeine or that much sugar in one go, and felt quite ill the next day too.
This past week has been me feeling a little sombre really, I have really come to terms with why i was eating so much and now the urge to do so is going because of this diet, it took some time to actually adjust mentally to me now being a more healthy person. I am still used to being fat in my head but i get punished if i partake in any over eating, so now i need to take on a new persona which will take some getting used to.
Would like to say that was the reason i didn't really exercise this week, it was because i was mourning that i can't be fat any more, which i think should come to you guys as amusing, but it is the truth lol.
Back on it again this week, with me exercising 1 hour a day every day, and I really should be looking at a much higher weight loss than 2lbs a week, even though i am aware that is quite a healthy amount to lose in one week, but I am going to be going quite hard from now on, so will be shocked if i do not continue to lose more than that.

Great results guys. I'm 14'8 from 15'8 at beginning of January. Exercise has been key as haven't been eating too well. Target is under 14 by end of February and then re-assess.
