Walked home from work instead of getting the bus. It's 3 miles and took me 50 minutes. Think it's something I could do on a regular basis to get the excercise up.

Just weighed in at 225.8lbs just now and hopefully I'll not be too much heavier on Tuesday  Not gonna track any of my eating while I'm out there, I may attempt a Hopkinesque tally of drinks if I remember so I can work out how many calories of alcohol I consume. Will be the first drink I've had since November so I'll probably be wasted after about 1/2 an hour anyway |
