I still have no desire to get on the scales.  Were it not for this thread (which is helping big time) I probably wouldn't have got weighed at all.

As end of week3 looms, I expect to be going through the 2stone barrier.  (That will be when I book up Vegas imo) I only feel like I have lost the Christmas excesses at this point.  I still have no desire to eat anything, although my sense of smell is definitely heightened.  I still try and sit to the table at meal times, it doesn't bother me in the slightest, but some of the smells (particularly katsu curry last night Sad ) do smell incredible.

Some t-shirts that I had stopped wearing before Christmas now fit fine again, very encouraging to get something too small out the wardrobe to find it now fits.
really glad this thread is helping its the best thing for me knowing i have to post if i fuck up ....but more important the help, advice and sense of team fatty spirit!

This week has been harder for me, less energy, more tempted to eat crap. Overall though, I have to keep on saying, reducing the bread I eat has so far made all the difference to my appetite, hopefully I will be able to say that in 6 months time.

I expect to have lost weight this week, but it might be like half a pound, confident I have not put weight on, but low expectations.
i recon only 1-2lb for me this week mate .......

Had a few rum and cokes tonight, fuck it, I just felt like it, knew booze would tempt me at some point   Measured it all out though and didn't exceed my daily calorie intake so I hope all is well for my weigh in tomorrow, gonna do a decent bike ride tomoz anyway.

My gut reaction was to fist pump at the fact I lost 1/2lb. As I mentioned earlier, this is what I expected. I really struggled, but managed, to stay on track this week. My food choices were a little bit worse, my gym sessions were a little bit slacker, and although I managed to keep within my own limits that I set for myself, there was a lot of resistance.

However, I am a now a tad dissapointed, that a few minor tweaks here and there could have made it closer to a 2lbs loss. Its a good reminder not to slack maybe.

The biggest dissapointment is that I have a major test coming up this week - 3 days in Paris, one of those being at a free bar no less, and a meal out (curry) with my mates when I get back.

Originally I was going to set a goal of maintaining for the next seven days, but now my mini goal is a 1/2lb weight loss. If I can do that with what I have coming up, it will be a big boost for the rest of the challenge.

9 3/4lb weight loss in total

Week 3: 6 lbs.  Total weight loss now 30lbs.

Happy with the loss and not having any problems with it yet.  But I do need to find a more consistent exercise schedule.

Sticking to my plan, gone through the 2st barrier and I have loads of airmiles saved up for the occasion, booking up Vegas for the summer.

After a good 5 days, as soon as a beer touched my lips on Friday that was me on a very slippery slope which ended late last night. Hoped to stay level or have a small loss. Wasn't gonna happen.

Week 3 = +1.2lbs
Total loss = -15.4lbs

Gonna try for double figs this week to make up for it.

Very pleased with my weigh in, had a pretty heavy weekend (last week) and a bad start to the week plus a huge sandwich at the casino Friday night, although I did go for the healthy(ish) tuna mayo over the steak sandwich!

17st 6lbs
So a loss of 8lbs from last weeks disappointing gain!

Onward and upward! Plan to walk to work 4 times this week!!

Like you the one thing I'm finding hard is limiting the booze intake over the weekend and know that next Saturday will be a bad day when I go football because for me the 2 go together as its a day out. When I went out last weekend I then did an extra session at the gym to stop me feeling guilty (It was also a punishment for play like a twat in Grand Prix).
