If you want to hit your goals you'll stop picking, if you don't you won't mate and that's the bottom line really. The same with anything like this it's never gonna be easy and the key is wanting to do it enough.

Being at home should make it infinitely easier to eat well, you can knock up a stir fry in 5 minutes flat or make up a chilli the night before and have it for a couple meals the following day with rice or pitta.

There are loads of good options at home and it's a blessing to be able to have such a variation of stuff to pick from each day. If you're working at home again next week plan the week out now and have an idea of what you want each day through the week. Get some protein bars from the net if you still want to eat something sweet, at least that way it will be semi good for you.

Back on the horse mate and you'll be rolling the right way again in no time!!

I bought a skipping rope. I am complete shit. I thought I would look like a boxer in training.. I actually look like James Corden doing that double footed dance thing. Good workout though. Gonna youtube the proper technique as i keep hitting my shins, want to do it so my feet barely leave the floor like the pros.

Practice without the rope. Just do one foot at a time. That should help get you started.

Def just practice and technique

Try link a hop kick with alternate legs and it just becomes  like a routine, then its just about rope timing

Not sure how you mean? I can do it in a weird sort of forward gallop, one foot at a time. Reckon it will take a fair old time to get it down, but i wanna be able to do it.

@Matt. Practice without the rope? do you mean get the timing of the jump down then add in the rope?

I had. Got back on the horse today though. Although something else has popped up in my diary which will have a negative effect.

Lets hear the plan!

Ok I think we need a short term incentive to give us a kick up the arse.

I propose that if by NEXT sunday we are not below (not same, below) the weight we posted LAST week we give a one off payment of £50 to charity.

I'll do it if you guys do?

I was 16st 8lbs last week, I don't know what I am now but I've deffo put on this week.

I was 23st 9 last week after a 5lb gain so if i am not less than that by next Sunday i might as well give up now. So yea. I am in.
