Also I went out last night and got absolutely smashed. This ended up at 4am or somewhere round there with a quarter pounder, 2 cheeseburgers, 10 nuggets, large fries and a kebab.

Not bad for calories but obviously horrific for the waist line!!

Need to get a grip very soon!!

On the plus side I've now got a new training partner which will hopefully help push that forward again.

That's why this thread is here ........we all help  each other ,encourage , take the piss , tell each other off ect ect
It works for me posting my diet ( can't do this forever ) but am going to this week!

It's easy Lee, I have most of my foods written down with the macros alongside them and just CnP them onto a new notepad doc each day. I filed them under the month with the day and I can see what I ate each day of the week  so I can just make up each days quickly.

Didn't have the best week and was honestly expecting a pretty big gain with some of the stuff I have scoffed, apart from a few mile romp in the snow and intermittent skipping sessions I haven't done a massive amount of exercise. Hopped on the scales this morning and my highest weight said 23st 5 dead,  which is a 4.02lb loss after last weeks massive gain. Expect the gain and loss was all water weight after a heavy time on the beers. But I will take it.

Week: - 4.02lb
Total: -20lbs

0 lbs lost or gained this week, same as last week. was doing so well Sad really need to get cracking again putting up how much i eat on here etc.

noticed the OP is saying my starting weight was 16 st 4 lbs. put on some weight over xmas so starting weight was 16 st 6 lbs or 230 lbs. Lee could you change please?

anyway with is it 6 weeks to go? current weight 217, 11 lbs to go, just 1 measly little pound will get me to a stone lost. weights this morning, run this afternoon i think.

hope you guys are doing better than me. GLGL
