2 Isoclear shakes Roast 2 Creme Eggs Fillet Steak Cantonese Style Crispy Shredded Beef Shredded Pork Noodles 100g Lindt Nice days work there Thought I'd weigh myself in the morning then again before bed, was 220lbs first thing and 227lbs when I went to bed Only 223lbs this morning though and that'll steadily drop off once the water weight clears. Pretty com to load on 1/2 a stone in a day though!! Back to 220.2lb after a quick pit stop

Back on it as of today. Quality breakfast of oatmeal + protein shake. Shitty lunch but it was tasty. Couple more protein shakes. Trained like some kind of man possessed. More protein shakes. Dinner just now of 225g chicken + veg + sauce, Aiming for supper of 4 eggs on toast. I'm going to be really good all week apart from Thursday night which is curry night. Hopkin reckons 1 curry per week won't affect anything. He's so confident he's even offered to pay my £50 fine if my waist goes over 36.5" Good work from everyone else. Well played gents

Just weighed in at 14st 7.0lbs which is a loss of 4.8lbs this week and a total loss of 1st 3lbs.
Have got another 11lbs to lose to hit the 2 stone target, feeling really motivated again after last weeks disappointing result.

Today ive eaten quite a lot, I'm working lates this week so starting at 11am is messing with my schedule a bit. Porridge (half semi skimmed milk, half water) with honey Chicken sandwich on 2 slices of whole meal bread, with light salad cream Tescos sushi- the one that's £3 and my new favourite 'healthy' snack (320 cals) Toad in the hole with loads of veg Overall I'm pleased but could prob do with a smaller portion for my evening meal, then again toad in the hole is a special meal that only comes along once in a while!

I don't understand why you have sugary treats? Why not substitute?

My long term goal is to keep the weight off guy.. I like sugary treats !! If I cut them all out I won't stick to keeping the weight off. To be fair most of my sugary treats are now replaced by a banana

But eating sugary treats will just make you feel hungry! Are you aware of the insulin cycle?
I'm only trying to be helpful. My single biggest success in keeping the weight off has been cutting out sweets, but allowing treat days. You would be better of doing that than having sweets everyday.
