Diet 14/02/12

Isoclear
Reflex Flapjack
600g Chicken
Teriyaki marinade/sauce
Broc/Onion/Pak Choi
200g Rice

Protein: 213g
Carbs:   103g
Fat:        35g

Cals:      1628

Think I'm gonna crack into some steak tomorrow or at least some burgers for a change and sweet potato in for rice!

What sort of rice do you use? I get 200g of rice + 600g of chicken as 1350 calories & 155g carbs. This is with white basmati.

Perhaps we're using different figures or maybe it's just different products.

Just had a thought. Is yours dry weight or cooked? Mine's dry.

I use Uncle Ben's normal long grain rice and I weigh it before I put it on my plate once it's been cooked.

Chicken 100g

Protein 22g
Carbs     0g
Fat        3.2g

Cals     116

Rice 100g

Protein  3g
Carbs   30g
Fat        1g

Cals     141

I couldn't go walloping 200g pre cook that would have me putting on a stone in a week Cheesy

Diet 15/02/12

2 Tesco Finest Burgers
2 Slices Bread
1 Pitta
150g Chicken
100g Lamb
1/2 Pro 50
Isoclear x1
Syntha 6 x1

Protein:212g
Carbs:  109g
Fat:       51g

Cals:   1780

Didn't have any sweet potato in the house so had the burgers as a sandwich instead, didn't affect the macros so no problem and I managed to not gorge myself on anymore afterwards. Almost detoured to Burger King on the way back from the hospital after my infusion yesterday afternoon but couldn't be arsed as it was 5 minutes the other way and I had these at home anyway Cheesy

Reeeeeeeeally didn't want to go to the gym just now, had to literally prise myself out the door. Ate a Mcdonalds today albeit a sensible one, so felt I absolutely had to.

1 Oatibix biscuit and and apple

1 Mcdonalds roast chicken wrap

6 chicken nuggets

Chicken and veg

1350 Calories

Cycled to and from gym, 30 mins weights when there.

If your looking for a chocolate fix, the cadbury's options drinks are pretty nice and only 40 cals a cup. Certainly helping keep my chocolate cravings away.  Smiley

When I feel myself getting an urge for chocolate atm I get my Dolcé Gusto on the go and bash out a coffee at 0 cals. Don't want to waste my precious calories on sweet stuff during the week and I've got a pro 50 if I really must Cheesy

Hardly ever mate, just didn't have time to start chasing around for something more sensible yesterday, Before yesterday I'd say I've had chicken mcnuggets on their own 2 or 3 times.

But before this started, way too much.

Awesome session today.

Did a lap round Ponte Racecourse today.

Racecourse Fact: One 'claim to fame' for the racecourse is that it is the longest continuous flat racing circuit in the country, at a little short of 2m 1f . This was exceeded when York completed its circuit for the holding of the Royal Ascot festival in 2005, and whilst York remains a 'circuit', there are no races held around the new link, it is therefore open to debate whether Pontefract has retained its status in this regard.

Last time i did this was 9/7/11 where i completed 2.07 miles in 32:16. Today i went round 2.06 miles in 26:21 average 12:48 min/mile.

Went to gym after my lap and did 30 minutes with my PT.

Feel pretty good.

Did you get a little bloke to jump on your back and whip you?

Is it open to the public to run around on days off then? Or were you just desperately looking for a specific bookie?

Can run round the inside of the track. Pretty open to public. Lots of joggers and dog walkers.
