Exercise is good, very good, but diet wins it every time.

Yeah definitely this.

Doesn't matter how much training you do. If you're eating crap all day, every day you're going to be a fat munter.

Absolutely awful weekend for me.

Did a 14 hour drinking session on Friday for Cheltenham which involved no food at all until 3am mcdonalds.

Saturday was mcdonalds for breakfast then not a lot else food wise. Drinking started again at 8pm through to 8.30 Sunday morning.

Sunday wasn't too bad but thankfully I'm fully back on it yesterday and today.

Weight wise I'm still over my target weight which is good. The waist's at 37.5" which needs a bit of work to get back down to 36.5"

I might cut the calories back a touch to try to trim the waist whilst maintaining around 16.5st. I've got a delicate balancing act to carry out over the next few weeks to get where I want to be.

Training is going great so that's a blessing. Absolutely loving that atm which is great.

Some good stuff on here from everyone else from what I've seen. Keep up the great efforts!!

Yeah I was losing weight nice and steadily with abso no exercise earlier this year and just monitoring everything i ate. It's a bit OTT in some respects but it gets the results and is actually good fun trying to balance up macros.

Hmmm - had a bit of a bad two days - Sunday ran into Monday and both included un healthy options. Weight jumped up 2 pounds. Yesterday was much better and it's moving in the right direction again.

Looking back over those days it's time on my hands that causes problems. Monday was a quiet day at work so the brain starts wandering. So I need to keep busy. Annoyed at myself for not noticing this before but I'm making a to do list to refer to at the slightest wobble.

At the moment I feel tired, I've had plenty of sleep so it must be the body readjusting to a much lower energy intake and hardly any sugar. I've got some bee pollen tablets that are natural energy and not much in the way of calories so I'll try them and see how it goes but at the moment, despite a cup of coffee and breakfast I feel as if I cold go back to bed.
