Another good day, not strayed at all on the food front and walked home everyday. Think I can hit 24lbs but will be close. This is going to kick start my next 6 weeks in which I aim to be 15st 13lbs. The new focus has really helped.

Anybody else going to be close?

Ok so here is my final weigh in for this part of the challenge, I'm off on hols tomoz. Have basically lost 3 lbs since my last weight in a week and a half ago, I suspect part of that is being totally dehydrated from being shitfaced last night lol.

So total loss id 19lbs down from 17st 6lbs, I missed by 5 lbs so owe £100 to charity, I will sort it out when I get back from hols.

See you in a few weeks when I'm back on the horse  Smiley

I'm doing Vegas a little bit more low key this year, I'm staying at the Nugget for the 1st 9 days and grinding some poker comps. Then closing the trip out at Bellagio (might move to Encore depending on a few things).

I said to Cos if I have any money left after this year then I'm 100% booking Thailand up as soon as I get home for November and gonna do a couple weeks over there too. I'm gutted I never went travelling when I was fit and healthy back along, still I'll probably enjoy it more having to do it in a bit more sedate manner Cheesy
