14st 4 1/4lb

Lost 2 3/4lb this week, but still 4 1/2lb off target.

Gonna be a fun sweat this next two weeks I reckon, it appears that nearly all of us are in a similar boat.

I couldn't really be arsed for about a month and just floated between 16 and 15st 10. I've not really been up to much training of late and have probably only lifted a couple times the last 2 weeks.

I've actually been sensible the last couple weeks so am starting to drop a few lbs again and will continue properly for the last month to see how much I can get off now I'm in a better frame of mind.

I'm a lock to be weighing in so the charities have had a touch and I'll sort it out when I get back from Vegas. I'll send you £100 by bank xfer Lee so you can sort out your boys then I'll do the Myelin Repair Foundation myself and post up the receipt or whatever here.

Glad that almost everyone has succeeded with flying colours and it's been great fun to follow (or not as the case may be Cheesy) If I get under 15st by Vegas I'll be happy enough given everything and as always #moraleishigh

Now where is that Dominos menu  Tongue

Not going to be able to weigh in tomorrow because I will be away at a wedding. Had a cheeky look at the scales today and I'm 14st 3lb, meaning I have a mountain to climb in the next 8 days.

Didn't help that I have exercised once this week as a result of having to go to hospital. I won't bore you with the details because the good news is I am perfectly fine, but it has created a bit of a rock for the old back in the final week.

Come on fatties, lets get this thread back on track.

Back on the waggon. Really need to preserve hero status from Matt.

Weighed in at 22st 11lbs. Target weight is 22st 5lbs Target date is Monday 18th June.

Did 1 hour of speed interval training on treadmill, 6.5km, 900cals followed by a short circuit of press ups, crunches, squats and free weights.
