I would like to do the 2lb per week thing again for 13 weeks.
Anybody else up for this simple one? I think most set a £x per lb missed. Which I would really like to do again.

Yeah, I would be in for this, probably look to start it on the 6th of January though.

Lots of stuff has changed over the last 10 years (not sure how long ago you were one) and so much new stuff to learn/understand. Knowing the hurdles is defo a help to change tho.

Yeah it is really tough, unless you can give it everything I would say its super tough. Especially with all modern marketing etc. But everyone has that spark at some point, I just wanna help people know what to do before that spark is life threatening etc. If you guys know what you are doing just get your head down. you probably know you can do it!

I'm joining weight watchers with 3 mates and gonna play badminton and golf for my exercise (without a bugy !) First weight in / meeting is on the 8th jan
