I'm 16st 12 atm, so will hope to be about 16 1/2 before I head off, and see how much damage I do in a month out there.

In,

I am a massive 5' 6" currently weigh 12 stone on the button, with a 40" waist, I am slight in general and all of my weight gain is in the one spot. I did the Insanity programme 18 months ago and am now going to do the follow up programme called T25.  Aim to lose a stone in weight and 4" off my waist.  I will also get back into park running.

Unlike last time I am going to be more diet minded, starts today, shuffle up and deal.

How are you finding T25?

I did it for a little while and really enjoyed it. I still do the stretch routine now but have stopped the rest as I do plenty of other stuff.

What's your food intake like?

Only end of first week, but have done Insanity and this seems to be easier.  Trying to pay more attention to food intake, but not on it as much as I need to.  I actually hate the stretch session Sad

End of Week 2     Another 3lb lost so 6lb's in total.

Abdom killing me and feeling really tired, camping in the Lakes all this week could make it tricky, he who dares.

Nice work. Why don't you transfer yourself over to the "strong" thread? There's more interaction there so it might help with motivation.

Why do you think you're feeling tired? Is it the insanity workout or the diet?

Hi mate, seems to fit better here so happy for it to stay,

I just think that I am very unfit and I give it my all so feel it. I am sure it is the workout but do need to sort the diet.

Any way after the camping mentioned above, I put on 3lb, I expected more, straight back on it now to correct that.

Saturday weigh in completed and i managed to reverse all of last weeks gain and lost an extra pound, so 4 in total this week. Trousers felt a little loser lately so thought a waist measurement was in order, resulting in a 2" lose.

no update from me in a while, still at 96kg.  Gym has been going really well & been eating ok but need to regain focus if i'm going to get down to 90kg any time soon.  1 kg a week for 6 weeks would be great but really need to focus if i'm going to manage that.

How's everybody else doing?

After stopping smoking i've ballooned to 98kg.  Started an 8 week program with my mate at the gym so going for 90kg in 8 weeks.  lets see how close i get!

November 1st & 90kg here i come!
FML

Current weight 112kg.

how close i came to 90kg which is still my goal.

back to it, mustn't dwell on the past, i've been all happy eating like a pig, you know how it goes.  Well back to it.  Goal is 90kg on the 31st of December.

No crazy 5 & 2 diets or mad gym plans, just going to swim more, eat better & drink less.  Lets see how i do.
