I'm conscious of the fact I keep editing my posts to enter in results. I'm therefore going to stop doing this from now on in the interests of fair play. If I find an in-play bet, I will make a new post. Might lead to me being a slight spammer in this thread, but I assume that wouldn't be too much of an issue.

I'm going to add a post later with a lot of Aussie Open qualifying picks so if I find any additional bets I wish to make with the ATP and WTA events I'll put them in that post. Need to eat first as there's LOTS of qualifying matches to go through.

I think this makes a great deal of sense.

Might be worth considering.....

1) Posting the Selections exactly as you do now.

2) As the results come in, do a "new" Post by simply quoting the original Post, (including the selections) with the result enboldened.

Never worry about making too many Posts. The more Posts you make, the more likely you are to get viewers to the thread.

Yep, started doing that as of tonight. Didn't want to clutter the thread, but then again it's my thread so I'm only going to clutter it with stuff that's hardly likely to annoy me!

Tikay, did you see that I intend to dedicate an Aussie Open ladies thread just for you once it all kicks off. Think you'll enjoy that.

I did note that, & I may have to sue for defamation of character, you are confusing me with my very good friend, & Tennis betting guru, MerePerv.

Incidentally, I recently spent almost an evening chatting 1 to 1 with both Annabel Croft & Andrew Castle, (Annabel stole my heart) & only a few days later, I had an hour with Greg Rusedski. I also have a lovely photo somewhere of Ginny Wade & I together, I'll try & find it. Name dropping ftw.

I really must stop hijacking your excellent thread, so I'll desist forthwith, but leave you with a nice photo. Name that player......

Daniella Hantuchova. Far too easy.

Never apologise for hijacking. More because 1) you aren't 2) you're always interesting and I enjoy your worldly wisdom.

Anyway, I shall bid you farewell for now. Got to stare at Victoria Azarenka for a while (as part of a bet, obviously)!

Ahh, Victoria - I think that the pre-adolescent, ugly, spotty, wannabe lads on here who give it all the "nah, she's rough, I'd not touch her" nonsense might suggest she has a bit of a double chin.

Has the Azarenka feed gone down or is it just me?

Rain interruption. Restart should be fairly soon if this is anything to go by:

Sigh. Was a power outage. Azarenka won 6-4 in the second set.

Petkovic is out for up to 6 weeks, I believe, so your source seems good.
She just managed to last one match too many from your point of view. Sad

Bloody typical.

My computer switched itself off as well at *5-4 Wozniacki when I planned to trade out. Would have got 7/1 too! Looks like Radwanska is going to win as well...

Pre-match profit: 156.33 (+ 6.33)

In-play profit: 14 units

Total profit: 20.33 units

A case of what could have been really...

Got 4 outstanding matches from the qualifiers. From the early look of things don't think there's a great deal to shout about in the ATP/WTA matches, but we'll see later.

Really can't complain as it's been a while since I got back into this properly and to have 20 units profit already is really nice.

GGL @ 15/8 v Verdaso
Lertcheewakarn @ evens v Riske

That's it for tonight. Don't think there's a massive amount out there today. Probably won't be much this weekend either but I'll post if there is.
