fml, not much point in Roddick retiring when Hewitt is this bad.

Correctly thinks he might be able to hold serve and get to tiebreaks.

Not too sure, called the trainer out for his shoulder @ 1-2.

Just got one break back in the 4th but is a bit late now.

Simon never come back from 2-0 down to win 3-2 in his 8 year career, ridiculous that it happens today.

Well done Benne, good fight.

Shouldn't have got to that though, was class in the first couple of sets.

Nice shout on Benny lads, such pain about Roddick, that shot that Hewitt lucked to win the set at the end was too much. Baaaad day

Unlucky Roddick backers - he'd have crusied that 3-0 in normal conditions.

Today was by far and away the most tilting day of my betting life. Was 17 units up really early on, then had Ebden at 8/1 and 3 units at 27/10 for him to win the match. At 2 sets up and 4-4, 15-0 in the third I decided I was going to trade out a bit, then my mates missus called me to help her with something; can't have been more than two minutes at which point Ebden had been broken and was just about to lose the set. Then wanted to trade out but felt 11/8 for Nishikori was a bit too skinny so left it and consequently made a 4 units loss instead of guaranteeing myself profit.

[ ] good decision
[ ] professional behaviour

Then there was the Roddick mess and Bellucci proceeding to lose on the handicap despite winning the first set 6-2. Sigh.

Funny thing is I still made a 7.88 unit profit, but I made poor errors and that annoys me more than anything.

TOTAL PROFIT: 60.88 UNITS

Tonight:

Lacko + 9.5 @ 9/10 v Nadal (2 units)
Lopez @ 6/5 v Isner (2 units)
Tomic @ 4/5 v Dolgopolov (4 units)
Tomic - 2.5 @ evens (3 units)
Wawrinka to win 3-0 @ 15/8 (2 units)
Wawrinka - 4.5 @ 5/6 (4 units)
Falla + 4.5 @ evens (2 units)
Falla @ 2/1 v Kohlscreiber (2 units)
Bratchikova @ 8/5 v Benesova
Oprandi @ 17/10 v Goerges

Dolgopolov my only bet this evening at just above 6/5 vs Tomic.

3-0 up on the H2H, more talented for sure, only big worry is that Dolgo has had 2 tough 5 setters and in both has gone through long spells of mediocrity.

Still too big.

Edit: looks like i'm against Solaris!

I've watched Dolgopolov in his first few matches and he's really flattering to deceive. He just shouldn't be taken to 5 sets by Greg Jones and Tobias Kamke. Their two encounters last year both went to 3 sets and when you factor in the home support I really feel Tomic is good value at 4/5. Don't normally back players outright at under evens, but think Tomic is overpriced at 4/5 - expected nearer 4/6 or 4/7. Have to admit to enjoying watching Dolgopolov play. He's incredibly unique in his style, but this is one of the very few times I hope he loses!

Should be a cracking match either way.

What's your opinion on the Isner match just out of interest?

lol, tbh I think Isner will win.

I would have taken the early EVS if I had been quick off the mark but can't back him at 4/5.

I do like your Wawrinka handicap bet tho!

Same. Wawrinka was class v Baghdatis. Hitting winners for fun and Almagro has been dog shit this year. Be disappointed if that doesn't come through!

Fancy Lopez as Isner is a fat bastard whose just had a tough 5 setter. Think the fact I seriously detest his brand of tennis doesn't help me back him either.

GL in the Tomic match anyway. Shall be nice to see who gets one over the other!

Gonna have a really unnecessary nibble on Lacko @ 25/1.

Hopefully I bink the world when I wake up in the morning...
