Thanks very much for that, Michelle.

Looks like it could be very handy!

Can't edit the OP now because the thread is pretty old, but I think that's everything released now for the summer, and the links

Forgot to mention.

i had never tried the $20 trick before, but as we were there for thick end of two weeks gave it a go with a $100 bill, (admittedly only the Luxor) I mentioned over the years had been there a few times and had also got friends joining us for a 40th, could she look after us(3 couples).

She took the money out of the passport and pushed it back and said nothing.

about 30 embarrassing seconds later, she said she would upgrade the whole party. We couldn't have tower suites as we were there too long but we got pyramid suites, which were big old rooms with a jaccuzi bath in the bedroom.

Mates were well chuffed, and without costing a cent(well, u know).

Ha, I should have been on F&B rakeback there with the amount I used to knock in at his restaurants every summer!

2 years without a trip to Cut Sad

thanks for this. Bit disappointed with the lack of non holdem stuff at the big rooms, seems I'll mostly be at Nugget/Biinions and Rio...first WSOP for me for two years, looking forward to it.

I've made a slight change to the 3 phone info I posted the other day.  I've highlighted it in the op above.

I tried to make a change, but it won't let me modify the post for some reason!

Anyway for anyone who is interested, if you want to buy the PAYG phone direct from 3 (rather than buying a 2nd hand unlocked phone) then you need to buy it (either online or in a 3 shop) a few days before you go to Vegas, because they are forcing you to add an All In One package (£10 or £15) with this phone!  The 30 day period that the package lasts for, starts from the day you receive delivery of the phone/SIM.  So to minimise cost make sure you purchase the phone not too far in advance!

I wasn't originally looking at the Planet Hollywood Phamous Poker Series during this trip to fill the gaps in my schedule, because the structures weren't great, however after getting feedback from some super users on 2+2, PH have drastically improved their structure, so now these are an option as well! Does anyone have any recommendations for hotels near Gatwick?

Four main drivers, in descending order of importance:

1. Near the airport
2. Clean/snooty
3. Somewhere to eat either there or nearby.
4. (Free?) Shuttle

Obviously, lots of choice about. Any loved it/hated it comments from those who've tried one before welcome.

Only hint I have is book one near North Terminal and use monorail thingy as south terminal hotels tend to be miles from airport
