I took $20k cash with me last year, I let them know when I landed and yet took me to a waiting room, made me wait for like half an hour and then said what's it for. I said for the wsop, filled in a form and that was it let me through. Seems pointless.

I brought back quite a lot more than what I went out with and filled in another form about how I aquired the money and that was it. Easy, but they just make you wait for no reason.

We came to the room and dropped our bags off and went to dinner. When we got back to our room a total of $35,000 had been taken out of our bags.

Sigh...

It sucks, but some of these stories astound me. GET A BOX if you have that much money lying around!

And don't leave your drinks unattended thirty minutes before accepting a kind ladies invitation to come up and tuck you in.

I was discussing the finer points of hookers in the room and a dealer at binions said " all they want to do is rob you "
So be warned

For those wondering, there is more to do in Sin City than sin. Also, sinning does tend to cost more than your soul.

Has anyone played the $550 8pm sats at the Rio to the next day bracelet events?

I like the idea of playing a Omaha or mixed game satellite and these look the best bet rather than stumping up 5k or 10k up front which not many can afford.

Just wondering if anyone can give me ideas on numbers or seats generated? There's loads of Texas tourneys or sats all over the place but apart from Golden Nugget/Binions schedule not many around the main strip.

For comfort and not commonly being rammed, I like Aria. It's tiny compared to Bellagio but I like it.
