Now here's a hand

First hand after the break Steve Redfern in the small blind makes up with A-K, hoping for a raise from Frank Flanagan in the big blind

Flanagan makes it 7,200

Both playing 90,000 at 1200-2400

Redfern shoves to take down the pot

Flanagan calls for almost all his stack with K-J off and flops A-Q-10 to knock Redfern out

I'm gonna hazard a guess to say Wadey is first man over 200k, with towers of chips.

Take this back, Wadey no longer on 200k after losing a 70k pot to Steve Brown who took it down on the flop.

Mr Armitage & Mr Laming updates please
Logged

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

George just took a big one off James Tomlin
Flop comes  two spades
Bedi checks, Tomlin makes it 16,500. Bedi raises to 38,000, Tomlin shoves for about 50k total, Bedi calls
Tomlin -
Bedi -
Ace high bizarrely in front at this stage,  on turn and Tomlin is drawing dead. Bedi on over 200k now.

Ian Bradley calls a raise and a call with Q-7 in the big blind

flop Q-7-9 all hearts

checked to the raiser who leads for 10,000. The caller calls the 10,000. Bradley check raises all in for 40,000

The original raiser calls with A-Q

Turn 9 to counterfeit Bradley's hand and knock him out

Tim Chung opens to 5,000 from 45,000

John Burberry calls in the small blind

Harvey Butters all in big blind 39,000

Chung shoves, and eventually Burberry passes

Butters knows he is in trouble when the reshove comes, he has

Chung though only has

Butters' luck is out though, the 4-3-10-7-9 board bricks and Chung knocks him out
