I have recovered enough from the shock of winning the last sheep quiz to bang out some questions for one of my own, with a little twist.

10 questions. Well, subjects really, but for the purpose of the quiz we'll call them questions. Answer them all. The answers do not have to be correct (apart from one).

Your score for each question is the number of people who gave the same answer. However, for each question I have a favourite. If you get the same answer as my favourite you get 5 bonus points. So a possible 50 bonus points up for grabs without necessarily getting the top answer.

In addition, one question has 20 minus points attached to it, if a blatantly insulting wrong answer is given. This might be quite easy to work out  Wink

Highest score wins.

You may use google etc. to help. No asking other participants though.

Deadline: Monday 16th Jan 2012, 1:00pm.

Reveal: Monday 16th Jan 2012, 7:30pm.

Please send answers to me in an un-numbered list in order, eg:

answer1
answer2
answer3

etc, etc, etc... as my spreadsheet doesn't like the numbers either!

Anyway, the questions:

1. A womble.
2. A footballer who plays for, or who has played for, Wimbledon.
3. A Queen song.
4. A chow mein dish one might order from a Chinese takeaway.
5. A flavour of crisps.
6. A Manchester band.
7. A magician.
8. A non-league football club.
9. A Terry Pratchett novel.
10. A Quentin Tarantino film.

Apologies if these have been used in any previous quizzes, I've only been in the last 3 or 4.

Good luck Smiley

Actually that's a fair point, I'd done that as a randomer but now you mention it I'm just making work for myself. I have changed it to a less 'finger in the air' one now Smiley

I think the two football questions are very tough for the many typical entrants of this who won't be interested in football, btw, but no bother

would agree in a reverse sheep quiz coz i hate sport questions in those but:

a) irrelevant in a sheep quiz as googling ok and
b) I <3 the crazy gang

back in after a short retirement.

Have you sent this list of favourite answers to an independent 3rd party to ensure no funny business? Smiley

Like the pratchett question. I got told off once for having pratchett in an RSQ Sad

Is this the first time that Pratchett has been mentioned on this forum, I really enjoy his books. HM Junior has managed to get about 30 on my kindle as well, don't ask how, I didn't

Must admit, I hadn't thought about this, just assumed I'd be trusted I suppose! Do people want me to send them to someone independent?
