Flop 

He cbets 35, I call.

Turn 
He cbets 70, I shove to put him all in for 150more, he snap folds and I lolz.

Some absolute ****Ing regard decides to limp/raise pre and craise/call QQ cos he's a hero.

He made some comment after about 'well you seem to be raising a lot'

Which one of the guys at the table pointed out, "he had AK two times and showed it.."

Good luck holding onto them while I have direct position.  Would've been such a good spot to run good vs his QQ with  on 

I even turn the drawtastic  .

John it's been pointed out multiple times in this blog by others that you shouldn't think about/refer to your opponents as retards, etc. It is fundamentally the wrong mindset.

Concentrate on keeping your emotions/ mental blow ups at home, and play optimally, rather than purposely playing lots of pots with marginal holdings against 'retards' because you're in position and 'a boss'.

You are a decent player, I've played against you once or twice at dtd cash games, I just think your mental game needs a little tweaking. I hope I don't appear to be preaching or patronising.

Having a tough few hours..

Lost a few unfortunate pots with big hands, but made some good folds.

Now trying to battle (IP) a 20something who cannot seem to miss.  I've had him in bad shape 3 times now, but he keeps finding the 'outs' that make his hand a winner.

He's bluffing in bad spots, calling in terrible shape, peeling atc and only aggro with the nuts. Perfect opponent but he absolutely does not fold.  Pairs are needed.

I couldn't get some value bets paid in big pots, made one play at a pot and they both had a hand so quickly shutdown for a minimal cost.

I can literally win the world vs this dude, pair pls.

Also, I figured his hand wouldn't be as strong as QQ because most people that limp/raise preflop wouldn't then also go for a fraise otf when 3way.

I read all of John's thread and watch it really but I have to respond to this

It really isn't fine to refer to anyone as a retard. I appreciate I am an old git and a different generation to you guys but every time i see the word "retard" I cringe and inwardly die a little

I'm a Dad of a 15 year old "special needs" lad. When I was young, society would have called him a "retard" but society has moved on so much that no one at his school of his age, or in his life anywhere takes the piss or refers to him in any sort of derogatory fashion

There are several people like that on here, with kids in similar circumstances, who really object to the use of the word
but say nothing so as to not rock the boat and fall foul of you guys hunting as a pack

I do appreciate you don't mean anything by it by using it only in a poker context but it really really really REALLY grinds my gears.

I don't think its an acceptable term for another player. You mean you think he's an "idiot", you don't really mean he's "retarded"
