Quick question  from a tennis ice cream, does Venus put up much of a fight tonight when she's standing in the way of her sister grand slam opportunity. Im looking at 1/2 on Serena to win 2-0.

Can still get on England to win at around 1.4 which seems decent to me.

Couple of weeks to go til the RWC and our speculative Top Tryscorer bet of Imhoff has come in from 200/1 to 80/1 on Fred. So at least we've got a bit of value Smiley

Going back to the Carlisle v Dagenham game on Saturday I have a couple of possible bets.

In the Carlisle game on Saturday which Carlisle won 3-2, Barnet had 28 shots on target and 15 corners. Martin Allen, the Dagenham manager said "I don't think I've ever been involved in such a one sided, dominant performance" and Barnet still lost!

The guy I know up there said it was amazing Carlisle won the game.

Dagenham are not the most fashionable side. In their last 3 away games, they have won at Northampton and Cambridge, and drew at Wycombe. None of those were easy games. I think the bookies are under estimating them.

They are best priced 16/5 to win. I think this will be another open game. The stats from the Barnet game confirm Carlisle are very vulnerable defensively and the comments appear to show they rode their luck.

I like 2 bets.

Dagenham to win and BTTS is 13/2 (generally available)

Dagenham to win and over 3.5 goals is 12/1 (SidJames or BFSBook)

Both bets look great value to me. I recommend £10 on each.

Happy to get views and your input Tighty.

Interested in views on an NFL season points bet.

Last season, the Seattle Seahawks won 12 out of their 16 regular season games, scoring 394 points in the process. They have retained almost all of their Legion of Boom defense, still have the most fearsome home advantage and a $100m quarterback.

On offense, they have lost wide receiver Percy Harvin, as money has to be watched in the NFL's salary cap era. Jimmy Graham adds an outlet at tight end but the offensive line will continue to be their achilles heel in this division. The Rams will improve again, the Cardinals will remain a threat this year and, well, the 49ers might surprise once or twice. It's arguably the toughest defensive division in the league and Seattle need to focus on winning it, in order to secure a chance at home field advantage in the playoffs.  It is not inconceivable they don't make the playoffs, although that is unlikely.

12 wins is going to be tough, though (10/11 with Scuy for under 11.5 wins is no good for Fred) and last season's points is not where the line should be. Ladbrokes disagrees. You can get 10/11 on under 395.5 points.

Views? Depending on support,  £22, £33, £44 or £55, please. This being the range of 10/11 bets with "Interest Bet" at one end and "Bet Like Men" at the other.

In the absence of contrary views, Fred should be putting on as many of Tighty's tips as are still available, if only so he has something to write about on a Monday. That and he knows what he's talking about.  But mostly the daily report thing.

Agree 100%. Tighty won't bet his own stuff unless requested though.

Requested.

Brings a whole new meaning to "complimentary".

Think the line is about right at 25 points a game personally but I can see where your coming from.On another note unfortunately the Bengals haven't drifted to 3/1 for the north but I still like your recommend at 5/2.
