and he replied

"Thanks for the reply.

I've done exactly this!

Want to stick it up for Fred?

Agree with you on Cam, but 8/11 can't be value.  If there is a market on the length of his first rush, I'd happily back under 4.5 (seem to be books in vegas offering that). His first run tends to be in short yardage situations before they try more expansive plays.

Longest field goal line looks wrong unless there's some rotten weather. 44.5 has to be wrong.  In Carolina’s 18 games, there has been a 45-plus yard field goal game 12 times. In Denver’s 18 games, a 45-plus yard field goal game 15 times (ok, yes there's altitude). Phil Dawson has 9 field goals over 50 yards over the last two years and that's with the San Francisco offense.

I'll keep that in my pocket for later or tomorrow unless there's a reason not to. Best price with Stan and I'm busy at work right now. Can accommodate later."

so if he can put on the longest FG bet for us great

2nd ODI between South Africa and England is early on Saturday morning, 8am

Badbrokes have got Joe Root to score o/u 25.5 runs @ 5/6. This under-estimates how good a player he is. The good players normally have a line in the mid to low 30's (ABDV 34.5, Amla 32.5 in this game, Williamson 33.5, Guptill 32.5, Warner 31.5 Smith 33.5 in the NZ-Aus game). Root belongs is this bracket of players but Lads have lumped him in with the likes of Duminy and Miller here, and Elliott and Mitch Marsh in the NZ-Aus game. Coral have it right when they've gone with a line of 32.5.

Root's batted 60 times in ODI's, topping 25.5 runs 36 times, going under 24 times (7 of those were in a row, around the back-to-back Ashes series, when he couldn't buy a run). Judging by the 1st ODI the pitches will be flat and true and the South African bowling won't be up to it's usual high standards. It should be a batsman's series and he's a high-class batsman. Root's scores so far on this tour have been 28, 39 and 117 in the first class warm-up's, 24, 73, 50, 29, 110, 4*, 76 and 20 in the tests and 52 in the 1st ODI, so he's in decent nick. In his last 12 ODI knocks he's scored over 25.5 8 times.

Because they seem to have got the line wrong here it also impacts on another bet. In the handicap match bet (number 4) they have Root receiving 9.5 runs head start from De Villiers @ 5/6, when it should be close to level. De Villiers isn't normally a man to take on, but he's struggled recently (8 in the 1st ODI, 3 ducks in his last 3 test knocks) and he has the weight of the captaincy on his shoulders. If he has to come out to bat after trying to manage a below-par Saffer bowling attack his brain could be frazzled before he even starts, and if they bat 1st he could feel the pressure of having to get a huge score on the board for his 2nd string attack to try and defend.

Rec £30 on Root over 25.5 runs, and £18 on batsman matchbet 4 (Root +9.5), both with Badbrokes

you don't think new ball swing at PE is a factor? lots of new ball bowler wickets in ODIs at PE (coastal, wind, swing) and roy and hales won't be in for long with their techniques. (famous last words)

anyway i went to get on and i need tikay to request a password as its not letting me in direct.

I wouldn't be worried if they opened with Morris and De Lange again. I assume Rabada plays but from the other end it should be plain sailing (famous last words  Tongue )

Of the top 3's from either side the lines were:
Amla 32.5
QDK 30.5
Du Plessis 28.5
----------
Roy 27.5
Hales 27.5
Root 25.5

No way his runs line should be the least of all the players likely to face up to a new-ish ball, given he has the technique to open the batting. all a moot point now, as they've woken up and put him up to 33.5, 1 behind ABDV. Still can get +9.5 on the handicap bet though ...

"Two new TV adverts launch in the New Year including uSwitch’s first broadband campaign, supported by social, YouTube and email.
"British actor Phil Glenister, best known for his role in TV series Life on Mars and Ashes to Ashes, returns to screens for both adverts."

Saw one yesterday. Somehow feels unlikely he'll have just done a couple of ads if he's about to be signed up along with Joey Tribbiani?

I'd be very suspicious of this CBB move for Scotty T. He went from 5.1 to 2.1 in less than 24 hours in a mature market during a series where day-of-eviction money has been, ahem, rather accurate. It's looking like CBB results are as well known as the ESC results.

Morning Tighty.

Disappointing from two of our tennis bods, losing to players that they should have beaten comfortably. All down to Bautista Agut now, who has just sealed a place in tomorrow's semifinal after a 6-4, 6-3 win over Mannarino.

Premier League Darts kicks off tonight

The first match of the night is Michael Smith vs Peter Wright

Having a look at darts database for all tournaments with a legs format from the start of 2015:

Micheal Smith has throw 53 180s in 190 legs for 0.279 180s/leg
Peter Wright has throw 168 180s in 542 legs for 0.309 180s/leg

We can get 11/8 about Wright most 180s

It is a 3 way handicap with the draw in there too but I think we've got the best of it here. Wright knows that he is close to bagging a major and will be really up for this. He's a huge grinder, plays so much more darts than Smith who openly admits that he rarely practices.

I believe that this has been priced up on Smiths performance in the World Championship where he made the quarter finals and was touted as a possible winner. Smith has shown a boatload of petulance in his career and with this run at the worlds there was lots of talk of him 'coming of age' so to speak but when he went 3-0 up very quickly in a race to 5 sets vs Barney and was pegged back that petulance was back front and centre. Wright is an out and out scrapper, doesn't matter if its 6-0 or 0-6 he'll be shooting for those 180s whereas Smiths head will be in the bar if he gets down a couple of breaks early in this short format.

Rec £100 Wright Most 180s @11/8 with Baldy, BMU, SportingBet or Coral

I Heard yesterday about Scotty T's fellow co-star Gaz tricking thousands of people voting for Scotty via Snapchat. Id imagine that has caused the big move.

Are you now saying Scotty T has gone fav? When that american actor (ok, I forgot his name) won the other year, you did not see much off him after. Granted, Tiffany has been the entertainment but I was looking at it who would 'fit the bill' of the CBB 'winner' afterwards. With his fan base, Scotty T would do IMO.

Anyway....got a bit riding on this tonight so may have to watch it (for the 1st time obv this series  Roll Eyes ) . May the best man/woman win.
