Hungarian grand prix.

According to   www.accuweather.com/    there is a chance of a thunderstorm just before race start, and another near race finish time, if this is the case then a safety car being deployed is a near dead cert, of course your relying on a weather forecast, but even if it doesn't rain there are many other reasons the safety car can be deployed so still a reasonable chance.

31/20 with sporting bet
6/4 with a few others

http://www.oddschecker.com/motor-sport/formula-one/hungarian-grand-prix/safety-car

worth a mid sized bet?

Well that was a damp squib. Wiggins price can't go shorter for now

He can be laid at 1.65 now!
Not sure when he got that short.
His closest rival for Wednesday's Time Trial had a big crash towards the end of the race. Went to hospital after with a suspected broken collarbone. I imagine that's when it happened.
Cancellara said it isn't broken but he's in lots of pain. 50/50 to ride the TT and even if he does he can't be in the best shape.
World Champion Tony Martin didn't finish the race in an attempt to save himself for the TT.
Hopefully Wiggo hasn't killed himself and can win on Wednesday.

I hope so too

Not a bit worried though? Mrs Wiggins on twitter said during the race she could tell he was having to gut it out, being left chasing on his own once Froome fell away and Stannard was spent, from 15km out

Yes worried. I backed him to do TdF and Olympic Gold double. More importantly this is for his 4th Gold Medal in his 3rd discipline (and I think I read it would make him the most decorated British Olympian*). It's absolutely huge.
I'm not an expert in recovery but I'd imagine if there is one thing that gets your body used to quick recovery it's a Tour.

*Hoy also able to match this in 2012

Olympic Tennis - Sunday

Jurgen Melzer to beat Marin Cilic @ 4.1 (or bigger in the morn?) - Betfair

Cilic was bagelled last week by Tommy Haas and a courtside commentator said "He looks well in need of a rest after his recent run". I'm not totally convinced a week will be enough.

Melzer played well in the doubles today seeing off Murray/Murray with his fellow Austrian Peya and tweeted recently about the tough warm ups hes been partaking in, in preparation for this event and he seems to be on good terms with the game again: ""Thanx to @adidastennis @darren_cahill and Gil for the last 9 days. It was very tough practice but I enjoyed every bit of it!!!".

The H2H is 5-2 Cilic but 2-2 in the last few years. The only meeting on grass was 7-6 7-6 to Cilic, very close.

Think this one is worth a few quid.

Thanks Brent.

ON.

£25  @ 3/1, BetVictor. Details to follow later.

Hi.

Possibly because I have been delayed by other matters today, I could not find that bet anywhere, & the link you gave (now) links to the Outright Winner Odds.

6/4 or better for the Safety Car to appear seemed, to me anyway, to be a great piece of value, so I would have been very interested. Equally, we have yet to have a penny in return from a single F1 bet, so I would have ended up wrestling with my conscience.

Anyway, it seems to be too late now, but thank you.

Wade > 95.5 average @ 4/6.  Wade > 95.5 average in 14/18 matches on TVsince start of Premier League and comfortably over 95.5 in every match thus far in this tournament.

Thanks Bazza, that looks exceptional.

For now, we have had £60 @ 4/6, but if more (or any.....!) support comes for it on the Thread, we may invest a little more later today.

£60 @ 4/6, Boyles, Wade to average over 95.5.

ON

Market Selection Price
Taylor v Wade (World Matchplay)
James Wade 3 Dart Average Over 95.5 4/6
Total stake £60.00
Estimated return £100.00

Daily Report, as @ 14:15 Sunday July 29th

Lots of action yesterday, but mostly forward bets on various Olympics stuff.

Our only live bet yesterday was £60 on the Darts (Baxter average) which went south. Bit of an odd match actually, which went a bit swongy, but we never really threatened the judges.

The other Bets we placed will be dealt with as & when they happen.

Very short of time today, so today's reports will be rather brief.
