I'm not particularly confident about Arsenal beating Southampton this afternoon due to squad rotation and they're a bogey-team too.

Sot'n+0.25 @11/5 looks okay.

Hi Ralph, not gunning for a ruck and i know you are a bit sensitive about being ignored, but we can do a bit better than bogey teams can't we?

don't really exist in the real or betting world right, each game is a discrete variable?

squad rotation yes,i get that

is it 4pm kickoff? (sorry i am in Barcelona work mode)

Southampton are a team who have played well against us recently and we have struggled to beat in the last few seasons.

I obviously hope I'm wrong and won't be betting on the game but 4/7 Arsenal sounds horrendous to me.

I was just putting it out there to see if anyone else had an opinion and I know you have less time on your hands these days.

2.15pm ko.

How about the current price of 4/5 about Arsenal Ralph?  More appealing for the best flat track bullies in EPL history?   You were 3/10 to beat Stoke last weekend who are probably as bad currently as Soton.

Arsenal have drifted like a barge since the team news was announced.

If they were a lay when Karabiner posted, they must be a bet now.

1.8 available (4/5 with Lads oddsboost if you are so fortunate)

Agree with this.

Looking forward to seeing Reiss Nelson play - very exciting young talent.

Dominant display. Look like 30,000 fans will be enjoying the push for the top half next year.

(Still getting my heart rate back to resting after a far closer game than I expected)

Ricciardo's car died on him in the early stages I'm afraid, and Grosjean had a poor strategical race.

Fortunately, Vettel won and Magnussen comfortably got top six.

Well done on the Vettel bet Tighty, thank you.

You've not done my ticker much good this week, what with Vettel just clinging on and Barry Hawkins in all those close finishes.

Chompy never helped either with Poshies almost spoiling the party.

All good fun though, and we made a few bob along the way.

I had a quick look with the prices I had (they might have changed slightly by the tee-off).

At sky's prices top ten was a small loss and bigger at corals prices .   Top twenty (which was suggested) included reed (suspect with coral as 5 players on 40-1) but clearly with sky.  The place book with sky returned 41.2 - so a profit on its own at level stakes (corals a small loss).

Fantastic tournament.

The three best bets compared to the machine with PP @ 1/8th the odds were Jordo, Rickie and Dustin.

No imagination needed when they offer terms like that on a tournament like the Masters.

Dustin gets the double squiggle. Will never win another biggie. Fleetwood wins a major this year imo.
