As @ Wednesday morning.

We had an ante-post loser @ Cheltenham yestyerday, it does not affect our position much, as the cost was already accounterd for, but it does reduce the potential equity in the unsettled bets. We also had out first proper "lay" - a part of Exchange betting which quite interests me - on Bayern Munich, and we narrowly missed out, thus proving that it is unwise to trust the Germans.

At present, we have no action today, other than a "Winning Trainer @ Cheltenham" affair which runs until Friday. I think we are still in with a shout with that one.

March Account.

Not a regular poster but can I suggest Finians Rainbow EW @ 11/2 with hills.

Amazing value on the place part of the bet providing there are no non-runners.

Same goes for Zeb if can get on him @ Vics same price

From what or where does your alias derive?

The latter selection, do you mean that price is with BetVictor?

Back in the day, I learnt - the hard way - to mostly swerve punting @ the Cheltenham Fessie, but I'll definitely take a look at those two, & maybe others will comment, too.

Thanks.

Ok well for my first post i will give you my tip if you believe in fate my second child was due today and i was given one tip for the festival and that was The New One in the 17.15 about two months ago had to be a sign i have been putting money on this horse every week since then.

I honestly think my bets have brought the price in with the blind faith i have had on this and what i have put on.

Problem now is though my daughter was born last night at 9.34 is this a sign to lay off and freeroll what i have on.

Ps I did try to tell her to slow down on the contractions to get past midnight so i didnt have this dilema but she wasnt for it.

Yeah with BetVictor. Although a few other firms are now the same price. bet365 are 11/2 on them both with the £50 free bet offer for the next race if it wins, so even better if can get on there!

The name is dedicated to Victor Chandler himself. Was discussing his joke firm with someone who described him as a mahogany bastard Smiley

First of all congrats on the daughter. I am expecting my first in July and have a good year's worth of nappies and food on this horse. A lot of people have invested heavily on it. I hope for everyone's sake it romps it. Obv let it ride.

Reinforced by redarmi's view, I shall be getting on this shortly.

Thank you!

Sir,

That is such a lovely first Post that I am going to back that horse. Only small, as a fun bet, but wouldent it be wonderful if it did the business?

NOTE TO ELDERS - I think we can make an exception for this, so don't be too hard on me......

Football betting not my thing but should Bilbao be 15/8 to beat Man Utd tomorrow? Far and away the best team in the first leg and we all know Man U won't be winning this donkament.

Any other views on this?

Chompy has been downgraded from "Fenland Elder" to "Probationary" Status (except for ESC & Celebs On Ice), so this one needs approval by the Elders.

Like the Bilbao bet

Also like Napoli tonight at 4-1 (Coral, BoyleSports). Won 3-1 at home and are a much better counter-attacking side than at home. Pace to burn, and Chelsea will leave gaps

I like opposing the EPL in European ties for the time being.

Missed the 11/2, ugh, but I decided to get on anyway with BetVictor @ 5/1.
