I heard Joe Hart on TMS yesterday, apparently he is quite a useful cricketer, too, used to play in the league stuff in the Telford area.

Wonder what Sir Geoffrey would make of his footwork? And what is Barny Boatman doing there?

Just having a glance at the Betfair forum on a quiet day (the horses).

There is a thread entitled..."Who's this Graham Wheldon chap in the Racing Post?"

Ooh, please tell me that is true!

Is he getting abused, Betfair Forum style?

A bookmaker has given me a price for more than half the Championship managers to change this season

So 13 of 24

What price would you want for this bet to be value?

I had

Likely

QPR
Leicester
Birmingham
Blackpool
Blackburn
Sheff Wed

Possible

Bolton
Middlesborough
Burnley
Barnsley
Doncaster
Brighton
Millwall
Yeovil
Forest
Huddersfield
Ipswich

Unlikely

Watford
Wigan, recent change
Bournemouth
Charlton
Leeds, recent change
Derby
Reading, recent change

though obviously it depends on who does well, who goes elsewhere etc etc

Last year there were 13 changes if you include post season, . the bet would run to the play off final for calculation

thanks

I seem to remember after being diagnosed with schizophrenia, the Celtic fans welcomed him to their end with a chorus of "there's only 2 Andy Gorams"...

I used to spend a lot of time on the Betfair forum but never look at it any more. 1.01 I'm getting abuse.

Maybe I'm being naïve but I see it more like this.

So 13 of 24

Likely

QPR
Leicester
Sheff Wed

Possible

Blackpool
Birmingham
Blackburn - (Unlikely unless we have a Berg type run of 9 losses in 10.)
Middlesborough
Burnley
Millwall
Huddersfield

Unlikely

Brighton
Yeovil
Doncaster
Barnsley
Doncaster
Ipswich
Forest
Bolton
Watford
Wigan, recent change
Bournemouth
Charlton
Leeds, recent change
Derby
Reading, recent change

When Andy Goram played Cricket for Scotland they were up against the West Indies in some one day game. Curtley Ambrose was playing and Goram came in to bat. Curtley winged one down which whistled past Andy Goram's ear. Goram stormed up the
wicket to meet Curtley and uttered the immortal line.

"Take your time Curtley I've got panto next week".

Afternoon Mr T.

I have been pondering a couple of bets for this afternoon. If the weather was better I would suggest Huddersfield to win by 50 points against Salford, but the forecast showers are not good for that.

Instead I am  going for Castleford to cause an upset and beat Warrington, who played badly last week bar the first and last 10 minutes of the game. Last year Warrington rested a number of key people when they played London away and we had a decent scoop for Fred. Today they are resting Hodgson and the hooker Monaghan, 2 of the people who give the team direction. Obviously Warrington should still be favourites but the 5-1 we get ( 11-2 skybet ) is just too big.

I have no wish to be hit with the Chompy nitty bet stick so I am suggesting a bet of 3x the FGS bet.

Suggest Castleford £15 @ 5-1 with Ladbrokes or Boyles.

24-12 so far.  Looking good thumbs up
