An early Daily Report
Loss on Month £55-00Outstanding Bets £3436-95https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aia1Hxq-NDNWdFk3UmlTSXMzTjRBTVNfOWRndVFsZHc&usp=drive_web#gid=19I am working, irritable and knackered so I am pre-empting the overnight activity and preferring a lie in tomorrow to getting up early to write before the final day, here we go
We started February disappointingly with a loss of £55
The best news was the Racing overall profit of £25, with the win of Saphir de Rheu
Losses
An England forward did not score the first try. Though of course one did give the scoring pass. And then another one, the magnificent bullocking Billy Vunipola for both
Doncaster did not beat Middlesborough
Huddlestone was not booked
In longer term bets the day started well when Ings scored for Burnley and Vokes scored twice, thoguh the gloss was taken off this when McCormack scored a hat-trick later for Leeds, and extended his lead in the Championship Golden Boot Race
In the Premier League Hull and Cardiff gained us handicap points, Newcastle didn't
Paulinho scored for Tottenham his third of the season. We're half way there, not quite living on a prayer but in with a shot
Rodriguez scored for Southampton and sent Fulham to the bottom of the table where they will stay until they defend. I think we can now support Palace to finish as high as possible and forget the finish bottom bet
90th minute goals cost us in two games. Sheff Wed against Barnsley 1-0 and Tranmere's 90th minute winner at MK Dons
Leicester won their 9th on the trot to go 10 clear at the top and a superb 15 points in the money for our each wy bet. This, and Suarez are the two forward book bankers we have
Reading won 3-0 at Millwall and are on a good run but can't win our bet unless Leicester completely go to pieces
Our main problem child is still Watford, now seven points off the top 12. Yuk
In worse news still Sheff Utd lost 3-0 at Crewe and are in the bttom 4. Portsmouth lost 1-0 at home to second bottom Torquay. Both lower division recovery bets are on the back of a flat bed truck awaiting the insurers assessment of write off or not
In the six nations Huget scored two tries for France and Cuthbert one for Wales. Fofana looked threatening, all class, but didn't score. Early days..
The late Fickou try....started in their own 25, a pass to Fofana, quick hands to Nyanga, a missed tackle, a bad defensive angle and a great finish from the 19 year old to win the game was good news for our France six nations bet. Wide open championship though
Sunday
Rory McIlroy would be a nice touch
Dr Noh is in the hunt too
Heaven knows what Superbowl bets we will have on by this time tomorrow
The final T20 in Sydney, go Eoin Morgan, just a quick 150 or so needed. Sigh
Palace at Arsenal. Can't lose there across our portfolio
Suarez at West Brom
Should be a fun day
