Daily Report

Loss on Month £96.04

Outstanding Bets £3363.67

Free Bets to Use ONE William Hill by Saturday

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aia1Hxq-NDNWdFk3UmlTSXMzTjRBTVNfOWRndVFsZHc&usp=drive_web#gid=19

No bets completed yesterday and as we know Fognini won in Chile for a profit of £70 to reduce the monthly loss further since the last report

Derby's victory against QPR last night was good news for our hopes of Leicester scooping the Championship at 4-1

I am all at sea/on ice about the Winter Olympics, so to summarise what we have

11-Feb   Misc.   Mens Halfpipe Snowboard    Danny Davis   9/1   10
Feb-2014   Skiing   Sochi 2014 - Super Combined - Men Race Alexis Pinturault   11/2   20
Feb-2014   Skiing   Olympic Mens Super G   Bode Miller   22/1   10
Feb-2014   Curling   Olympic Womens Curling   Team GB   3/1   25

I think that's correct, yes?

Calling Golf experts

Jimmy Walker has now won 3 of his last 8 Pga events, this after taking 188 to win his first last season.

I am struggling to see why he is as big as 22-1 this week especially when you take into account the quotes below.

"Walker is looking forward to the Northern Trust Open, which starts in four days at Riviera, his favorite tournament of the year.
''I love the golf course, and I've had good success there,'' he said. ''I'll enjoy tonight, and then it's time to refocus and reset everything, because we've got a whole new look next week. And it looks like the long-range forecast looks good for nice weather, and it's always nice to play Riviera when it's nice.''
Walker isn't getting too far ahead of himself. He's not looking too far behind.
He found the winning formula four months ago about an hour away at the Frys.com Open when he won for the first time. Now he can't seem to lose."

Source http://sports.yahoo.com/news/jimmy-walker-turning-winning-habit-084204765--golf.html and various other sites he mentions it as his fav course even before he started winning.

To a novice golf watcher it seems hard to me he is the same price as DeLaet for example.

don't know if you watched on Sunday but walker literally fell over the line turned a 6 shot lead on the back 9 into a one stroke victory he will be mentally exhausted and i would avoid this week. i expect him to be out with the washing.

just putting it out there on the basis looks a big price for a man who has won 3 of his last 8 tournaments going to play a course he has some of his best results on before he became a winner

Talking of crooks, I had to laugh at an interview Matt Chapman did with Willie Mullins over the weekend.

Matt had him tied up in knots and it was all Mullins could do to stop himself from saying"look Matt I am desperate not to tell you, and I want to tell you as little as possible"

I always thought he was genuine, but if you saw the interview you may well have felt the same let down feeling I did that he is defo trying to have us all over for some strange reason.

Was that the interview when Willie eventually says that Hurricane Fly definitely goes for the Champion Hurdle when Chapman was trying to get something out of him?

I think Matt Chapman can be very irritating but I also think he is a very good interviewer who always seems to ask all of the pertinent questions.

That's the one Ralph.

Matt can be and is a twat(in a similar mode to myself I am told by the wife).

I did however spend some time with him at a Laddies poker tourny in Killarney a few years back, and behind the muppet mask he was a genuinely nice bloke, and obviously most of this act is his tv persona........unlike me, who is a twat all the time.

I know Austin is out, and I see that Mr Kiely is 4/11, which is good news for the tw bets we have on his

He's that good a thing for it, is he?

When doing my work on this weeks event, I did find quite a few players quoted this as their favourite event of the year.

I think a shorter course brings everyone together, the longer hitters feel it is a pitch and putt and the shorter guys feel they don't have to be at full stretch the whole way through, so you can see why they all look forward to it.

Feb-2014   Skiing   Sochi 2014 - Super Combined - Men Race Alexis Pinturault   11/2   20

Some updates on Super Combined on Friday 14th.

First run is downhill (early start) followed by a final run of slalom (11.00 am), times combined.

Pinturault put in a solid time in his first downhill training today. Against his two main rivals for Gold, he was 1.5 sec behind Bode Miller & nearly 2 sec ahead of Ted Ligety. Crucially he is one of the top rated slalom skiers & has around a 2 second cushion against Miller if he can produce the form of the past few months.

Scott Hogan is still 9/2, quarter first three places with Seanie.com.mac.

It's worth opening an account with them to get on this while it's there if time allows. Top the bet up to at least £50 EW, ideally a hundo EW.

Tikay said that he thinks they're directly linked to Spoils, who he is persona non grata with.

I was persona non grata with Spoils and recently opened an acct with Shauny, who took opening bets no prob. I do consider these things ya know!

I wasn't sure if you had seen his post Wink

Think one of the other lads here was shut down with Spoils, and they couldn't get on with the other firm.
