Danisa is now 9/2 in a few spots quite happy to back it at that price

Hills are one of them.  May as well use the free bet?  It is close to Betfair and we get best odds I think.

I owe Tikay a score anyway, so have chucked it on with Sid @ 5/1

Missed this.  Obviously better than the free bet.  Let's go crazy and do both?

I have been busy the last few weekends and missed Splash

I know Austin is out, and I see that Mr Kiely is 4/11, which is good news for the tw bets we have on his

He's that good a thing for it, is he?

I think the price is about right.  Richard is very brave and has an MBE, but he has a limited (1 or 2 depending how you count it) selection of dives.  The judges are always gushing about his dive though. The other two try hard but are a bit scrappy.  Mr Kiely can dive well and appears to be practicing hard.   Think he should be short odds on.

It is a public vote though, so Richard could easily win.  I guess he could pull a somersault out, but he seems to be unable to control it well, so it would be a big risk for him.  If he pils it off, we could he knacked.  I don't think we need to do any betting.  We have a good bet, just need to hold.

Scott Hogan is still 9/2, quarter first three places with Seanie.com.mac.

It's worth opening an account with them to get on this while it's there if time allows. Top the bet up to at least £50 EW, ideally a hundo EW.

Tikay said that he thinks they're directly linked to Spoils, who he is persona non grata with.

I was persona non grata with Spoils and recently opened an acct with Shauny, who took opening bets no prob. I do consider these things ya know!

Ditto this, and also when  Maurices's mate stopped the good times, McJokey have happily taken their place and even the money goes through BMU.

Six Nations

Three bets

1 Six Nations Winner   France   14/5   30
2 Six Nations top try scorer   Wesley Fofana   12/1   40   £20 e/w 1/4 1,2,3,4
3 Six Nations Top Try Scorer Andrew Trimble 40/1 10   £ 5 e/w 1/4 1,2,3,4

1 France and Ireland top the table after two rounds

1     Ireland    2    2    0    0    54    9    +45    5    4
2     France    2    2    0    0    56    34    +22    6    4
3     England    2    1    0    1    44    26    +18    4    2
4     Wales    2    1    0    1    26    41    −15    2    2
5     Italy    2    0    0    2    25    53    −28    3    0
6     Scotland    2    0      0    2    6    48    −42    0    0

Next Ireland go to England and France to Wales. We'll have a real idea after these games whether we have a shot or not, both very tough games. Ireland look the real deal this year, a much simpler game plan being executed well.

France have 3 of their 5 games at home including crucially Ireland on the final weekend. I could see Ireland being unbeaten going to Paris, France losing in Cardiff and needing to beat Ireland to win it

2/3

Fofana got off the mark against Italy with a corker from near half way

Trimble scored in the first week, both are a try behind the following with three games to go

Mike Brown     England    2
Luther Burrell     England 2
Michele Campagnaro  Italy 2
Yoann Huget     France 2

What are the rules for ties in try scorer bets, particularly on the place part?

Say Fofana finishes joint fourth with one other, for example.

Today you have 15 minutes from now, (until 2.55pm), to get 6/1 My Tent or Your's with Ladbrokes, mobile and internet only, for the Champion Hurdle. It's 5/1 on the machine and they are nrnb so a no-brainer.

David Williams pops up on RacingUK talking about it, think it's pretty random when he is on.

For some reason these 'brief' promotions reminded me of the catch the dollar bill trick.

Beth:Welcome to Ladbrokes Live Chat. How may I help you?
Me:My Tent or Yours was 6/1 earlier at Ladbrokes for 15 minutes, I missed it, but where are such things advertised?
Beth:I will be happy to help you with that
Beth:This is a price boost promotion which is only advertised on our website from 9:00 to 9:15
Me:Although it's advertised at 9:00-9:15, the actual promotion was at 2:45 though, wasn't it?
Beth:Do you mean this is the time that the horse was racing?
Me:No, My Tent or Yours was 6/1 at 14:45 today. Did you advertise this on the site at 9am??
Beth:One moment please
Beth:Can you please confirm the race this horse was running it today
Me:Champion Hurdle.
Beth:Thank you
Me:At Cheltenham Festival.
Me:Not today.
Beth: I am sorry for the confusion, I believed you were referring to a price boost promotion which is only available for 15 minutes a day
Me:Yes.
Beth:The price of 6/1 was not a price boost offer, this was a price set by the traders which then changed to 7/2

Well I'm still confused ha

Me:Are the price boost promotions advertised anywhere so that I do not miss them?
Beth:These are on the main page of the website, as above it will only be shown from 9-00 to 9-15
