meanwhile the MCC v ROW game at Lords
FoxSportAus is one of various overseas broadcasterss taking the Sky feed
Sky goes to a break, but Strauss does not realise that not the international broadcasters are not on break
He turns to Nick Knight and says, apparently
"KP was a real c***"
this is broadcast in Australia.
For those interested, I highly recommend watching this, tremendous entertainment.
Tino Best (?) just bowled to Lord Brian Lara. Lara edges it fine, it runs down towards the boundary.
Who fields it?
Tino! Whilst Lara almost literally walks three runs.
Brett Lee's first ball to Shane Warne? Chest high beamer.
Fair dinkum.
Wish I had sen that, but, sadly, one fell asleep.

I know we should look to avoid overs and avoid multiples...
Over 2.5 goals and over 6 cards: 14/1
Would hesitate if Van Gaal picks De Guzman and changes the shape of the team. Costa Rica will be playing through the inside channels if the Dutch line up as they have. We want open football, obviously.
its ok, tikay will be asleep come kick off
come back with the team news please
i mean it can't be 6 cards can it, on everything we've seen? but for a free tenner, why not...
i note the colombian daily took it well last night
"Spanish referee, son of a bitch" etc
he was also the england/uruguay ref - godin not sent off etc etc
I did think the Colombians were very badly done by the referee, to be fair.
Can I just clarify something?
We are putting a Tal bet on?
Have we come into money, or something?

I think I tipped two winners while I was on holiday and unable to bet.
Cleverly, I decided not to pack my run good in my suitcases for two weeks in Vegas, leaving it behind for all the scavengers to gorge upon. You may recall such discussions over "hot tea" and desert wood pigeons ("do you want hot water with that, sir?")
Edit: I've started myself off now. What kind of a question is "do you want hot water in your hot tea?"And what are pigeons doing in Vegas? (I mean the feathered kind; not the poker kind)

People knocking Tal should know that he is a genuine top 10 poster in terms of profit here. No lift music from him.

Does that put Kuyt at right back? This looks to be what I wanted, so let's soundtrack it.
I tried to find Prince 'Let's Go Crazy', but I think there's some form of image copyright thing with YouTube. So, we'll try an old faithful one instead:
(Bonus points if you get the pun)
Let's do a win. There'll be time enough for countin' when the dealin's done.

Very good.
Think he gave us a chess bet a few years ago actually.
We ought to do some more of those, they were well good.

Anyway, let's be serious, we need over 7 goals and 23 cards or whatever.
How can we lose?

Ok. Fair play the pair of you.
93% chance you get to keep the smug look on your face.
7% chance you never hear the end of it.
I'm sure you like those odds.
