Cant bring myself to but Smalling (cant keep the ball), Jones (next duncan edwards ahem) and Blackett (first start) in a back 3 with Lingard as a wing back?
Braver than me if your backing them with that line up imo

Nikita jelavic 200/1 ew?
Shane long gone now so more chances for jelavic.
Huddlestone missed important penalty so potentially will take them.
He's only 27 I think people often think he's older than he is.
He scored 30 in 45 at rangers and 20 in 59 at Everton but a lot of those were sub appearances I would imagine.
Lots of players are 150/1 such as Cabella for newcastle and lots of others who should score way less and perhaps longs goals haven't been taking into consideration and the like adjusted yet?
I don't know though just an idea.
Irrelevant but he turns 29 this month.

I'll be surprised if anyone lumped on Ki Sung Yeung to be the first scorer this season!

For those who want to do some betting before the Ebor meeting, Shybet are going 5 places in the 3.30 at Ripon. I have backed Out Do and Fairway To Heaven. They don't lay a lot, but laid me £25 e/w on Out Do and £24 on the other. Obviously not for thread.
A bit non standard but bet £25 e/w on Supplicant at 20/1 with Hills on the mobile. It is a 3 year old and may have some improvement. You only get 4 places here, but Hills are top price, you get the free bet on 2nd and place terms still good. It has Ripon form albeit not in a big cavalry charge.
All these bets are good vs Betfair.
Anybody got the heart for the scoop 6? Not sure I have. Can't do anything much for 3 weeks anyway.
Supplicant faded near the end, but ShyBet got punished

Most of the bets placed so far seem more like hopeful punts rather than value spots

I wouldn't normally try so hard, but didn't have another opportunity I could wait for. I wasn't ready to surrender what I WANTED SO MUCH, that easily, I couldn't guarantee a call with me staying stoic and relying on a flinch "top pair" calling reflex.
