Fred Jackson is back and I expect he'll be used more as a short-gain receiver, rather than trying him through the middle of a very sturdy DL. He only played a third of snaps on Sunday and had four targets for 39 yards (on top of 10 rushing yards). Combined run&pass yards is 55.5 (shouty red man) and I'd happily take the overs in a close game. Thoughts?

i think he got 7 carries on Sunday, splitting time with Brown and Dixon?

is that likely to increase tonight, 4 days later? he is listed as "questionable" on the injury report

i think i would pass, against a stingy defense, until i knew he would get a "normal" workload

what would a quote be if he was uninjured?

He's got to be gambled on, though. We simply have to beat Miami. The schedule remaining is so bad compared to them that being a game ahead is critical.

Stats by week
1: 61 rush 13 rec
2: 24 rush 27 rec
3: 34 rush 78 rec
4: 33 rush 52 rec
5: 49 rush 58 rec
6: 26 rush 17 rec
and then injured in the next game

He won't get the full workload. They'll use Dixon and Brown to split the carries for sure. Miami are good against tight ends, so the slot for short passes into Jackson seems ideal, if they're watching Chandler.

If he was getting the full workload, the line would obviously be bigger. Ever happy to defer to your knowledge on these matters.

Don't care as long as we win Wink

Buffalo News reporting that Jackson is almost certainly out.

As you were, folks. Back we all go now to IMWKIYWIGMTACP (I'm Mildly Well Known if you watch ITV Get Me to Annoy Chris Packham)

Doesn't that provide an opportunity?  Bryce and Dixon both available at 16/1 for first TD which both seem fair and so, probably, is the 10/1 Watkins.  Bryce and Dixon at 11/4 anytime also has to be value no?  Any view on which is better if you had to pick?

Germany v Gibraltar tonight.

Line seems to be Germany +9. Gulp.

Podoloski 15/4 FGS with 365.

Low has said that Podolski will start. A good EW bet? I can get on if needed.

Sorry, redarmi. I had an early night. Seems like it was a wise decision!

I hate it when the Bills remember they're the Bills. Some terrible decisions from the officials, mind. How they ruled pass interference is beyond me. The safety call was bad enough!

How can Miami have so many rows and still win?

Daily Report

Profit on Month £469.28

Outstanding Bets £3891.26

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aia1Hxq-NDNWdFk3UmlTSXMzTjRBTVNfOWRndVFsZHc&usp=drive_web#gid=32

No bets completed yesterday

On Thursday night football the Miami Dolphins beat the Buffalo Bills 22-9, meaning unders came in and it never looked in doubt that they would come in

6-3 at half-time both defenses dominated as expected

The Dolphins Defense, which it has to be said is a top unit, only gave up 65 yards and 3 points in second half. Scored 2 points of their own too.

The Bills were abject with the ball. Looking ahead they have two back-up quarterbacks, one quality receiver, a below average offensive line and no first round draft pick next year. Rebuilding the offense isn't easy

Miami went to 6-5, kept play off hopes going and are some distance ahead of the 2-8 Jets in our ever fading hopes of them finishing 4th in the division

In the NBA two of our bets played each other

the Chicago Bulls beat the Toronto Raptors 100-93

Pau Gasol posted his sixth double-double of the season with 27 points and 11 rebounds

the Dallas Mavs whopped the 76ers 123-70, the NBA's largest margin of victory since Lakers beat Cavs by 55 in Jan. 2011

here's our rookie of the year bet Nerlens Noel playing for the 76ers. during the game one wag opined

"has Nerlens Noel ever played offense before?" it didn't go too well

elsewhere there is another championship managerial vacancy

and a new appointee in league 2

Evening Mr T.

I think we should oppose Argentina again by backing Italy in tomorrows match. It has moved to Friday K.O due to bad weather and the pitch is already bad. I thought Argentina were really poor last week and appeared uninterested until the last 15 mins. They have made 8 changes from last week and this looks almost a reserve team, and they do not have great strength in depth.

Suggest £20 Italy @ 13/8 with betfair.

bwin 8/5 was top price

hector/others

South Africa, no doubt priced off their defeat in Dublin last week, are underdogs at Twickenham tomorrow

in bad weather, with their pack, is this right?

Went to put on for Fred and missed the price. Now 3/1.  Can do £15EW if still wanted, hate missing a price though.

Is this not a situation where we should be lumping on lots of goalscorers for Germany?

Gotze Podolski Muller and probably two others are all good bets infact great ones, gaining so much on the anytime price

Just be careful if you want to keep the account
