The novice chaser I've been most impressed with so far this season runs at Newcastle tomorrow.
Three Kingdoms jumped the big fences like he'd been doing it all his life LTO.
This is a weaker race and anything above 1/2 will be fair IMO.
Don't think Camel will mind but he popped this on the racing thread last night currently best price 4/7 in a few spots. £70 to win £40?
12:50 Newcastle. Would go with one of the BOG books.
Gotta say I think he would have put it here if he wanted to, most read both threads anyway. I'm sure no harm done.
Correct.
It just feels a bit improper to "nick" Keith's stuff when he currently is not posting on Fred.
For the record, as I've been asked a few times, Keith & I don't have any issues with each other (or not that I'm aware, lol...), he just does not approve of the way Fred is going as to one or two matters.
It's not a big deal, but if he ever decides to return, it'd be very well received by most, I'd have thought. Same applies to the other currently absentee Elders.
At least that's an upgrade mate from 'nothings changed, everyone is still posting, everyone that could post bets before still post bets and contributes to the forum'
Been very quite for a long time now but well done to the guys still posting winners.

Struggle to keep up now, can't image what it was like in the days when this thread was 'busy'.
35 pages in the first 11 days of this month, 26 different tipsters last month and 89 bets. I don't understand why there is an undertone of Fred is dying.
Regardless of who has or hasn't posted in the past, it's an excellent thread now. Lets not encourage Tikay to shut it down.
Love the Question Time bet and thrown a few darts of my own. Thanks.

I've put some feelers out there, I come from Canterbury but didn't even realise it was there till I read the QT preview just now.

Couldn't anyone at ITV have told Andy Townsend to stop just shouting.
In disbelief how that man keeps his job most weeks but got embarrassing towards the end tonight.
If there's one thing I don't need while watching something it's being told what I've just seen. "He missed the chance, there". I know, Andy. I'm watching it on TV.
Townsend on Wildlife on One:
"That seal won't be happy at being eaten by the killer whale"
Townsend on the Antiques Roadshow
"That last bear was only worth £100. Did she say this one's a Stief? 500? Better."
Townsend on I'm a Celebrity
"Kangaroo vegetables? I bet that bloke from Five Star doesn't like those. You can tell by his face. He's literally exploding there. Nah. He's definitely not a fan."

Some good spoof accounts out there. He won't be happy with those.

Think breastfeeding, twitter and racist all copped. No sign of hypocrite though. Never betting on Question Time again.

I couldn't watch it to the end, Russell Brand was making Farage and the politicians look like reasonable people at the time.
Can't see myself sitting through 4 hours of X factor at the weekend either, any volunteers?

FOUR HOURS?
Good grief.
Seems to me to ber part of Tighty's remit, but he can delegate it to Sequin Bloke if he wishes.

I'd almost rather watch Question Time. Almost.

Daily Report
Loss on Month £2.50
Outstanding bets £4119.21
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aia1Hxq-NDNWdFk3UmlTSXMzTjRBTVNfOWRndVFsZHc&usp=drive_web#gid=33
A loss of £15 yesterday. Newcastle lost to Stade Francais 31-24, Stade scoring a late try to win
ongoing positions
In a defensive battle the Arizona Cardinals beat the St Louis Rams 12-6 last night in a game of only 23 first downs and 22 kicks (16 punts, 6 field goals) and no touchdowns as two very fine defenses dominated
Three bet implications for us.
- The Cardinals qualified for the play offs with an 11-3 record. (Cardinals getting in to playoffs means that one of the following is out: Sea, GB, Det, Phil, Dal.)
Seattle are 10 point favourites to beat the 49ers on Sunday and if they do will be 10-4. The two teams meet next weekend, and if Seattle beat the Cardinals after winning this weekend would then lead the division
- Aaron Donald sacked Drew Stanton and knocked him out of the game with an injured knee.

the play is on 1.03 of these highlights
http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2014121100/2014/REG15/cardinals@rams#tab=videos&menu=gameinfo
|contentId%3A0ap3000000442591&analyze=boxscore
This was Donald's 8th sack of the season, top rookie by a long way. We have a shot at the defensive rookie of the year award
http://www.nfl.com/stats/categorystats?archive=false&conference=null&statisticCategory=SACKS&season=2014&seasonType=REG&experience=0&tabSeq=0&qualified=false&Submit=Go
turning back to the Cardinals, the likelihood is that they now have to play Seattle with a third string quarterback, and once again will be big underdogs to win the game
- With the Cardinals in, the Eagles-Cowboys game on Sunday is huge, with the loser very unlikely to make the play-offs as the Cardinals hold two tie-breakers over both clubs
In the NBA last night Oklahoma city beat Cleveland 103-94. Lebron was injured, Irving injured mid-game and the loss of both makes playing the Cavaliers a far easier proposition

if it comes down to tie breakers after week 17 with teams on identical records the long version is as follows
http://www.nfl.com/standings/tiebreakingprocedures
specifically with reference to these teams
the Cardinals have beaten both the Eagles and the Cowboys this season
They also have a better win loss record in the conference than the NFC East teams
So, with the Cardinals at 11-3 and both the Eagles/Cowboys at 9-4..the loser on sunday goes 9-5. with two games left the best they could do is 11-5
The worst the Cardinals could finish is 11-5
11-5 v 11-5, the Cardinals own the tiebreaker over Eagles/Dallas
Most likely the Cowboys will miss out as they have @Eagles this week, v Colts next week and might need to win both
