If you are going to oppose Mark, he looks the best place to go.  Is this the last week they get to save Simon?  That would make Simon to go a bad bet in my view.  Bottom 2 seems likely again.

Should add Jake isn't on the tour. I know it shouldn't make a difference...

Mark is 8/11 best price to go. Extracting value from that is hard work. I think he'll go, mind. The public tend to know when someone's time is up.

Happy if Fred decides no bet. If you want one, though, I thought I'd give my one little one for the weekend.

I was agreeing with you if it wasn't clear.

Mark is about right (maybe too big).  Simon must be too short, as he is a judges favourite, therefore Jake is probably too big.  Wouldn't go crazy, but they probably won't let you anyway.

Daily Report

loss on Month £32.50

Outstanding Bets £4189.21

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aia1Hxq-NDNWdFk3UmlTSXMzTjRBTVNfOWRndVFsZHc&usp=drive_web#gid=33

A loss of £30 yesterday, Lamb or Cod unplaced at Cheltenham

Ongoing positions

Cricket

In a thriller at Adelaide, India tried hard to chase 364 to win and fell 40 short. Our top batsman bet Murali Vijay was out for 99. Not hugely happy to go for 99, and who can blame him?

in a four match series Vjay has 152 runs so far, behind Kohli with 256. Kohli scratched around all summer in England, ten innings and no scores....and went to this match and scored two hundreds in it

skiing

shiffrin was down the field in the womens giant slalom in sweden. overall she is second (at 13-1) though some distance behind the series leader Ellie Goulding

that brightens up a cold saturday morning

Meanwhile, on Tyneside Peter Beardsley twiddles his thumbs as the incumbent of his next job wins manager of the month

Mr Pardew, #youarefootball. Indeed

NBA

The Chicago Bulls upset the Portland trailblazers 115-106. we have positions on both teams

Derrick Rose was firing on all cylinders as he dropped a season high 31 (14-24 FG) on Portland

The LA Clippers lost 106-94 to Washington

Toronto won again, beating Indiana 106-94

lebron scored 41 points but the cavs still lost 119-114 to the Pelicans

our mvp bet anthony davis "Davis left the game with 5:30 left in the first quarter, complaining of pain in his chest after a free throw by Kevin Love. Team officials could not immediately specify how or when the injury occurred, but Pelicans spokesman Matt Ryan called the injury a chest contusion from an apparent collision with another player's elbow."

the lakers beat the spurs 112-110

so overall one of the more mixed nights we've had in a while

Shocked and surprised to see a market for the race of champions this weekend!

http://www.oddschecker.com/motorsport/race-of-champions/winner

Recommend min bets on Wehrlein (33/1) and Palmer (40/1). Both consistently quick drivers who could well spring a surprise, those prices are too high - take advantage!

Race of Champions 2014 Pascal Wehrlein (Winner - Race) Odds: 33/1 Stake: 5.00 Possible Return:  170.00

Palmer has been cut to 20-1, only BV making prices, i left it at the lower price

caroline is going to win (checking where his ticket is)

frankie will be top this week

mark should go this week as you say but....

ladbrokes only wanted to lay tikay £1 at 8-1 that jake would go

bet365 only wanted to lay tikay £1.10 at 9-1 that jake would go

fortunately there is a market provider with the cojones and the balance sheet to lay a tenner

god bless them

Thanks Rich. It comes to something when we struggle to get a tenner bet on, lol.

Bye the bye, Caroline is toast, sloppy footwork, see?

Punta del Este ePrix tomorrow!

I have two bet suggestions:

Race Winner: Bruno Senna @ 25/1 with Bet Victor. He has been very quick in every Formula E session where he has not had a problem of some sort. If he has a trouble free weekend, he will be up there. 25/1 is way too high - should be more like 12/1. Not sure how much to suggest, I'll leave that up to you.

Race Winner: Jean Eric-Vergne @ 25/1 with Bet Victor. A bit of an unknown given that it's his first race in the series - but his years in F1 should stand him in good stead. Jean-Eric is a quick driver and 25/1 is too high. Suggest a min bet.

its a street circuit, monte carlo like?

whats the chances of anyone actually moving through the field?

i might have landed on this at the wrong time. qualfiying perhaps?

anyway jev does not appear to be quoted at https://www.betfair.com/sport/motor-sport

Punta Del Este Eprix

    25/1
    £5
    £130.00
    Bruno Senna
    Winner

    Bet Ref: O/0140260/0000109

perhaps if you see this you can advise further

the final is 100% public vote. sloppy footwork doesn't matter (within reason) if the public like her. which they do (big improver, no previous experience, real trier)

eight's now

the anti-tal trader algorithm was employed at corals at 9.01am.

In frenzied scenes in Ilford the cry went up from the head of trading

"Sequins! Sequins! He's out of bed, he's posted.

Pull up the drawbridge, batten down the hatches, warn the chief executive and whatever you do don't stay at tens"

Well I know this, if Caroline wins, we can expect Sequin Bloke to be proper fumming, & throw one of his flounces.

in case anyone is interested, big weekend of ERCC rugby

on Sky Sports, 1pm kick off

Glasgow v Toulouse

we are on toulouse at 25-1 for the whole thing

current standings

European Rugby Champions Cup - Pool 4
Team    Played    Won    Drawn    Lost    For    Against    Bonus Pts    Points
1    Toulouse    3    3    0    0    70    53    0    12
2    Bath     4    2    0    2    91    75    2    10
3    Glasgow    3    2    0    1    63    42    1    9
4    Montpellier    4    0    0    4    53    107    2    2

after bath got a bonus point win last night over montpellier with sam burgess making his union debut

toulouse beat glasgow at home last week but this is a test. glasgow are much improved, with the core of an itself improving scotland national team

the french like travelling away, and like travelling away in the cold, as much as vampires like garlic chicken kievs

this could be a group where two qualify, but only the winner of the group is certain to do so

its 4 points for a win, 2 points for a draw, 1 attacking bonus point for scoring four or more tries in a match and 1 defensive bonus point for losing a match by seven points or fewer

so a loss by <7 for toulouse is not the end of the world
