Guess we should just back Sprinter Sacre with Hills Mobile at evens for £25 in the 3pm. 5 runners is the min.  Corners the other bet and would be value anyway with the offer.

You not think Sprinter wins or pulls up Doobs?

Don't see finishing second being one of the outcomes tbh.

Did think that, but then thought it really doesn't have to finish 2nd that often for it to make the bet value.  Could finish 2nd if not fully fit, doesn't really like the ground etc.  Dodging Bullets isn't a mug either, so doesn't have to be that far from peak fitness to finish 2nd.  I don't really see it as win or game over.   Hope it wins obv.  Good to have the horse back.

Most of the bets placed so far seem more like hopeful punts rather than value spots

I was looking at a site that listed the wages of premiership footballers and 'the highest earners in handball' caught my eye.
I know handball is big in Europe but can these figures be accurate? They are astronomical! In the article, it says salaries, not salary + endorsements so the top guys are getting 200k euros a week.

Bonkers money, mind you, have you seen the crowds?  SS4 now Cheesy  There's at least 100 people there for the international!

Ooops, I fell asleep.

It's 10/11 with WH now, but FWIW, I did it anyway, under the Mobile Offer. (Free Bet if 2nd).

£25 @ 10/11, SS, WH

-18.

Just holed out from a bunker to save par, when looking all over a double at least.

shhhhhhhh.............gently now Martin..............

That was awesome. Wedged in - not under - a bush after his 2nd was way wide. Bad drop (plugged) & plonked it into a bunker, holed it, BOOM.

Morning Mr T.

I see that Mr Vesely went on to win the tournament in the end, quite impressive really.

I think we should go for low points in the Saracens v Munster game. Both teams can still qualify for the knock out stages but this is a must win game to do so. Saracens have Farrell and Barritt playing so there will not be much flair there and Munster have conceded fewest points in the Pro 12 league this year. I think a tentative bet on no try scorer is also value at 33-1.

Suggest £22 under 43 points @ 10/11 with Hills

£5 no try scorer @ 33-1 with Ladbrokes.

Only just seen this hector, after I was unavoidably detained upstairs.

NB - looks like you have or had  a proper sweat on - latest score is 31-10. HOLD!

Good shout Doobs.

Just didnt see it panning out like that. That said, Im not getting much right on the 'orses today.

Not sure what to make of all that.

Barry easy on SS, Dodging better than I thought. Touchy Fehily, about the best jock riding at the moment.

Looked like SS all the way coming round the final corner. Maybe a little tired towards the end. Do we consider betting on him for chelters now he's had the run?

Don't think you should do anything for a week mate, until you know how he comes out of it fully.

We discussed Derby v Forest @ some length yesterday.

It ended with a 2-1 win for Forest.

Proves how much I know doesn't it!

It just goes to show that I can look at form, statistics, history, current feel around the club, media quotes etc and it counts for nothing.  Quite how they managed that result is beyond me, and 99% of other Forest fans too.

Bet looked solid after 30 mins with Derby 1 up and Forest looking poor as usual, then that happens.

Personally, I really don't like betting on fierce local derbies.

The Newcastle Sunderland games are a prime example, but there are many others.

Anyway, in good news you have 3 points.

In bad news, you still have Stuart Pearce.

Losing 3 points may have been a better long term option, imo.
