Good work Chumpster.

I keep seeing Pep mentioned, too. Thoughts?

Goal fest at Old Trafford.

Pelligrini won't be sleeping easily tonight, he must know his number is up.

Bit sad in a way, he seems quite a nice chap.

Just me who thinks he'll stay then?

If Ancelotti isn't available, why keep six players on 150k a week that don't care and are just young enough for one more big contract elsewhere?

City aren't a medium to long term team. They are happy to buy 26 year olds for three years. So, let Pellegrini - one of the best managers in Europe, barring a handful - build his own team, rather than the one he inherited from Mancini.

I would not be surprised if they sack him, obviously, but they really might not.

He has, arguably, the best squad of players in the EPL, or nearly so, but they have not done it for him, they have under performed.

That rests with the Manager, IMO.

Its one thing having the best squad but individuals don't make the best team and even the best managers in the world can't make individuals gel.

The problem for me with Citeh is they don't have enough "winners" in their team.

Maybe so, but that's the responsibility of the Manager. Really, his role is "man manager" and he has failed.

Bookies slash odds on royal baby being named Sam after couple's 'matchmaker' friend

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/royal-baby/11530793/Royal-baby-Bookies-slash-odds-on-the-name-Sam.html

More garbage from a PR waffler. Samantha is only quoted by BFSP and Sam isn't in the list looking at oddschecker.

More interesting that the top five names in the list are girl's, that it's 4/6 female, 5/4 male, and that Alice has gone from 40-1 in a place to 7-2 top price. One time Elizabeth!

Could see a major palaver in the new Royal baby getting the same name as the PM's wife the week before the election.

This.

Can probably count out David and Edward, too.

Nigella more likely, since it's obv gonna be a girl.

Can't see Pep taking over at City, just Barca to hold on and Ancelotti to get the boot.

I had a PM other day for my thoughts on the Edinburgh Derby today.  The PM'er thought Hibs might be a bit of value given that Hearts have nothing to play for.

I wasn't too keen on Hibs, although it's interesting to see their main goalscorer is back, which should provide them with a bit extra up top.

I think there might me a smidgeon of value in backing the draw today.  Hearts might not have anything to play for having wrapped up the league but lying down in a derby would be unthinkable even if it meant screwing over Rangers somewhat.

Would rec a small bet on the draw @ 12/5 say £15.  I'd have made the draw 9/4.

Indeed, I could have looked more shrewd by just sticking Cummings up as FGS.
