no its a good race

i was never convinced the horse was a miler really and would quite happily go with ellisons judgement over creightons. Price is going already which is no surprise still 12-1 with laddies

If he starts 6/1 I'll be with him, if he's 12/1 forget it imo. Rather wait till they jump away and he gets out personally. IR to the core though obv.

Ellison has been amazing at improving horses from other yards the last year or so. Often first time up too.

I'm going with horsey here and taken a little 12/1 ew secure in the knowledge that the girglebokker won't be on Smiley

BBC3 tonight 9pm

Star of BBC Three's hugely popular The Real Hustle, Alexis Conran is definitely someone you don't want to be playing cards with. An expert poker player and a man thoroughly at home in a casino, Alexis enjoys the thrill that comes with gambling. But what for Alexis is a pleasurable pastime and part of a lucrative career, ruined his father. Alexis's Greek father was a gambling addict who committed fraud to get money for betting and went to prison for his crimes.

Alexis has become increasingly interested in exploring the tipping point that turns the odd flutter into something darker and more dangerous. Why can most people place one bet and then walk away when some men and women are compelled to lose their shirt, their house and their families on a losing streak?

In this documentary, Alexis travels around Britain, to Las Vegas and to Athens, meeting gambling addicts, experts and members of his own family to try and understand what makes gambling, for some, a compulsion that can end in ruin.

^^^ Not sayin this thread is full of problem gambling addicts, just looks worth a watch

It's absolutely mustard this thread, I know nothing and epitomise everything that is a mug punter. It's great fun watching people who know the game so to speak imparting their thoughts down in one place, even if half the time I haven't got a scooby what's going on Cheesy

Yeah big plus 1.  The guys who give the detailed explanations why, when and what for are great. Was particually impressed with tightends England Wales contribution.

The Man C/Chelsea one is an awkward one for me

I don't like the bet really, but not sure its the right etiquette on such a fun thread to say so too much, or that my op should count for anything

Anyway

Lescott and Kompany are injured

Chelsea are playing for Di Matteo, and I suspect the guys who run that dressing room think that the status quo sees them at Chelsea longer, and in control, if D Matteo does well. They never thought that under AVB

I think its a match to avoid.

Savic is truly terrible.

Really surprised Mancini doesn't move Richards across to the middle when Kompany or Lescott can't play.

Amazing they ever signed Savic.

Worst player in the first team squad by miles.
Proof Mancini is reading this thread too...
