Thanks Vince. Not sure what order Tighty wanted the results. Think he had us going 2-0 down then winning the third?

Yes. My "logic" was based on the fact that England have been training together as a squad for some time now while this was South Africa's first international match together with three new caps in the pack. South Africa should be more cohesive in the next two matches. At least the match wasn't a draw. Smiley

I have England winning the 3rd at Port Elizabeth in a wet kicking duel 15-12

Exactly to plan, SA winning in Durban, encouraging England were close

After Van Bommel, we have faith.

At the end of the 3rd day's play in the 3rd test, West Indies are 279-8.
It's going to require something special for England to win from here.
Things would have been better if England hadn't dropped three regulation slip catches - two by Ian Bell at 3rd slip where Jimmy Anderson would have been fielding.
Ramdin is 59 not out needing another 18 runs to be top West Indies scorer.

Finn took two wickets, neither of them clean bowled.

I think Onions was the bowler for at least two of them.

small bet suggestion

MATS HUMMELS first scorer stan james 50-1 germany vs portugal

reasoning

has 11 in 90 for dortmund at club level pretty good for a centre back, scored 6 in 20 for the germany u21 setup , so far only one for the senior side but has gone close on a few occasions

should be around a 28-1 shot imo i cant get on with stan james but i would suggest maybe a fiver as a banzai

Think a fair few of Hummels goals have come from penalties though and he doesn't take them for Germany I don't think.

We have £10 with BetVictor on Hummels to be first goalscorer in tonight's Germany Portugal game, @ 66/1, down to horsey.

You should have a £50 free in running bet with Bet365 on the Spain Italy match tomorrow. I would recommend the relatively boring £50 on Spain @ 4/5, followed by the same again once the match kicks off. So we'll effectively have £50 @ 8/5.
