I guess the markets not been up long (wasnt there last night) but Betfair have Moyes as next Spurs manager at 3.2 at the moment.   Wonder if something is known on there, some bookies are as low as 1.4, most around evens.

Bit harsh! No one has offered a tip purely because they like the name of the horse.

That said I like the look of number 3 in the next virtual car race...he's due, you know.

I'm happy to take the blame for putting up Harrington but not for you taking 80/1 when he is 95 on BF.

Game two, Miami in OKC, is indeed tonight, really important OKC go 2-0 up as the next three games are in Miami after this. Fantastic to see Westbrook, who we backed to have 6 or more assists in the last game (he had 5), managed 11 in game one. It's all about timing

Jeff - if you had to set a line on Wades points for this game what would you make it?

Something I'm thinking a lot about. I'm in a fanasty league thing where we all lob £50 in and u pick one player a night for every night of the playoffs. I'm in third but I still have to play Wade, every one else has played all the star players and is scratching round for bench players, like I will be once I play Wade. Trying to get a handle on why Wade's been so below par, whether he will bounce back in this or any of the following games. He was under it in the Indiana series then had a 44-point game or something like that, but before and since he's been lethargic, off the pace, esp in the first half for some bizarre reason. It's not like they're not running offense for him, he's getting plenty of shots. Having watched his last 10 games live or whatever, he just looks a bit like he might be past his best. Whether that's injury-related I dno.

In short, the over/under has been generally around 22 (not checked), if I was forced to have a bet in this game I'd go over, but that could just be blind optimism as a Wade fan (and I won't be having a bet). Just read really good piece on him http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/dailydime and they point out he's made less than half his shots in six straight games and scored under 20 in five of those six, so guess the stats would point to a bet being under. I'd expect the Heat to bounce back tonight tho, not sure they'll win, but they'll play better

Thanks.  I was looking at it with a view to betting under because I think he may be injured.  To my mind he is taking too many outside jump shots which don't suit his game and the only reason I can think that would be is that he is injured and doesn't want to drive into the paint.  His average this year is 22.1 (22.7 in playoffs) but lifetime is a little over 25 and the only line I have seen this morning is 23 which is close to what you said and, if he is fit, is probably a steal so i am going to leave it I think but it is a fascinating one.  The atmosphere in Miami is amazing.  I went to a sportsbar to watch game 7 the other night and we decided to get there early to get a table and arrived two hours before the game.  We got the last table and they shut the doors of the place an hour before tip off!!!

There is a 3 ball in the US Open that tee's off at 17.01 our time between

Michael Allen
Marc Warren
Anthony Summers

I suggest 60 quid at 6/4 Michael Allen with Boyles. He is a member of Olympic and says he has played around 2000 rounds here. He is in really good form on the senior tour, here is his record this season

http://www.pgatour.com/golfers/006197/michael-allen/career/#uber

Warren is a bit if an underachiever and has played ok in spots this year but is pretty inconsistent and Anthony Summer is pretty average. All three of them came thru qualifiers to get here but Allen seems to have a big advantage given his course experience and 6/4 doesn't take that into account.

Only 60 quid coz I am not really a fan of 3 balls.

cheers

Thanks Phil.

£60 @ 6/4, Boyles, Michael Allan over Warren & Summers in today's three ball.

He defo took a lot of outside shots in game one and going to the basket is his strongpoint. It said in that article he's had fluid drained from his knee midway though the playoffs. He's always injured to some point, the amount of knee protection, elbow guards he wears shows that. Some explanation may be that OKC have two very good shot blockers stopped people attacking the basket, Ibaka led the league in blocks last season, and his average is defo coming down the way this team is set up with Lebron, in between winning the title in 2006 with Shaq and Lebron coming, the Heat side was basically Wade and four blokes off the street, so he took all the shots and scored a lot more, now he's the kinda second option. On the flip side, Bosh will play a lot more as he gets fitter, Wade got 19 shots in game one, he will defo get less as Bosh gets more minutes. Miami sounds awesome, I watched the game 7 Celtics v Lakers game a few years ago in Vegas and that was great, to be in one of the cities will be great, after tonight the next three games are there, get to the game!
