17th Gold just now in the Team Showjumping
GB 7 Golds clear of 4th.
I only mention it, as the sweat failed to make your morning perfunctories...
Lol, sorry Tighty. Completely forgot. On my current form, I would have got it wrong anyway...... The "morning perfunctories" as you so wonderfully describe them have been a little rushed these last few days. At least I now know folks read them. |

Way too late for that stuff anyway.
Of much greater Fred interest was the show jumping. This notoriously upper class pursuit was decided by Jump Off, which is urban slang for something most unexpected.
Apparently the IOC official for this event is Jilly Cooper

I have just noticed that there IS TV coverage of this on Sky Ch 463, from 7.05pm onwards. I would assume it is therefore on one of the BBC "red button" Olympic channels, too. The coverage is stated to be "WITHOUT COMMENTARY". The collective Fred commentary might be well worth watching..... |
