capital one cup
swindon to beat brighton 19/10 on b365, but haven't checked elsewhere. We are missing mackail smith, lua lua, buckley, hoskins, crofts. Basically our whole attack, except Vicente who could be rested.

Also if you can find method of victory, I'd stick a small amount on brighton to win penalties, we are likely to play all centre midfielders and no strikers, and have won something ridic like our last 5 penalty shoot-outs on the spin.

Thanks.

"we"?

Can I assume "we" is, or are, Brighton?

Must say, at first sight, nearly 2/1 for Swindon to win looks big.

Be interested to hear Camel's view on this, too, he's well up on Brighton, both in terms of knowledge, & winning bets, & I assume remains in touch with Mr Bloom.

Not sure we could back BOTH Teams to win, as you seem to suggest, or am I reading it wrong?

sorry, we = brighton yes

Usually method of victory, penalties is about 9 or 10/1, best to get the camel's thoughts as 2/1 is definite value especially with our manager saying the league is our focus and with several first teamers out and our back up players are pretty bad in comparison!

Capital One. Credit card/Finance company. Former sponsors of Nottingham Forest.

Ahh, the people that have that odious office block in Nottingham?

Now occupied by Nottingham City Council after Capital One downsized after lending too much to people who would never repay. They made a tidy profit on selling it though

Didnt think the bets would be reversed, but I guess there are a lot of pissed off punters who backed Adams for the gold.  How do bookies settle these bets, is it simply whoever receives gold on the podium?

yes

you may see one of the "firms" (a loose term) like powerduff power refunding but i doubt it , in a more high turnover event maybe so

most bets are "result on the day" - horses get disqualified weeks later for illegal substances relatively frequently.

I have not forgotten this Anthony, but some feedback & views from others might help, as I have no idea if this makes sense or not.

The game is tomorrow night on Sky, so no rush!

Probably best to go for one, either swindon victory in normal time or brighton on penalties. I'd get Camel's thoughts on it first though...

i have no view on the game

i am struggling to see how a side winning in extra time and the other side winning on penalties makes a lot of sense unless i have missed something?

Danny Swanson to score any time for the mighty Posh v Southend tomorrow night @ 5-1 with Hills (9-2 Shybet). Price way out of line. Paddy Tossers go 2-1.

Southend are light at the back apparently and we should score a few. Fergie sent out his first team in round one of this comp last season.

Swanson has impressed pre-season. We were lucky to get him tbh and only did coz of his injury record in Scotchland. Best to wait until team confirmed if possible just in case but it's the wrong price.

Even for Fred, I could not bring myself to watch that, sorry!

Are we even on Deana, or anyone, for that matter?

I thought you did a lay on her, may be mistaken.
