9-2 long gone. Maybe try for £100 @ 4.7 on Betty?

Corals are running a bet that any footballer over the course of this weekends live games does the Mobot. They're offering 3/1.
There's at least five games being shown live including Cardiff City on Friday night. This is interesting for the following reason:
If you've never seen City before they do this thing called "do the Ayatollah". It's been going on for years and is mainly done as a goal celebration but can happen at anytime. As you can see from the photo, it wouldn't take much for the "Ayatollah" to become the "Mobot".
It's not even restricted to the players, even the owners do it.
And there's even been sightings of other players getting involved.
It's not even a bad bet considering how Footballers are likely to jump on the Olympic feelgood bandwagon. Worth a few pounds Mr Kendall?
Thanks Mr Rubbish. Most seem to think this is a good thing!
We got a bit on, anyway.
We have £5 @ 3/1, & £40 @ 6/4, both with Mr Joseph Kagarlitski, for a Televised Mobot this weekend. Now, we just need someone to volunteer to watch all the games.
Incidentally, the T & C's say this....
Applies to any domestic match shown live on British TV this weekend
Presumably, the Cardiff match, which is Friday, is not included, then?
ON
A Mobot during any Live Televised domestic football match this weekend, £5 @ 3/1, & £40 @6/4, both with Joseph Coral.

Hold up, the Nolan entrance could see us hit 4-1 again soon. Double max six-bank job imminent.

There's a bit of a knee-jerk reaction to RVP's transfer to manure in the footie markets.
I very rarely advocate betting on my own team unless it's the occasional advice to bet against them, but Arsenal @ 3.85 w/o the two mancs in the league looks decent to me although we do have a fairly tough start to the season. I've had a bit on now with the intention of pressing if we drift.
I'm anticipating a decent season which I certainly wasn't at this time last year and believe me Song is trivial when Arsene is the singer.
Let us try to regain some dignity & composure here, & discuss Arsenal, about whom you sound pleasingly optimistic this Season.
What is being suggested here? Arsenal, @ nearly 3/1 to, effectively, finish above Chelsea? Is that what it amounts to, assuming the two Manchester teams finish 1-2?

I guess so, Snowball. Assuming any of them score, that is.

Martin Kemp has always struck me as a bit of a tosser.
All aboard Julian Clary!

Aargh, could lay Kemp @ under 3-1. If only. Cheryl's reaction said it all. "King Kemp's in, King Kemp's in". And admits to having a game plan. Gl with that sir.

This sounds like hope over expectation to me. Massive loss to the side this evening. No guarantee that the replacements will settle and still have issues at the back for me. Chelsea - as much as I don't like them - have improved their squad as well and Torres might actually score an actual goal this season.
Spurs have sold modric tonight (he's flying to Madrid tomorrow), which will make a big difference but who knows what Levy will find in the next few days - Berbatov? Spurs still look a match on paper.
What are you basing it being a good price on? Or is it back with green-out intentions if you start well?
3-1 doesn't appeal to me in the slightest but I'm a one eyed spurs fan...what do I know?
Is there a price on it being "our year"? We like that market down the Lane.
And is there really someone in Celebrity Big Brother who is famous only for sending a text to Vernon Kay? Someone had better tell Mr Cooper that his stock has been well and truly scraped.

Exactly, I see it as a virtual flip.

Did you notice that Dr Noh shot the lowest score on the final round at last weeks USPGA- a 65 ? Sadly he is not playing this week as I feel a win is coming soon.
Golf- The Wyndham Championship.
For the first time in a while I am feeling bullish about 3G's chances. He would have been trying to get his game in top shape for the PGA but missed the cut. According to his blog his iron play was great but he just couldn't chip or sink a putt. This is an easy course and a winning score of -16 or better is expected. So lots of birdies are needed and as we know from the Volvo matchplay he is capable of doing that.
Another player who I like is David Toms. He won't be hindered this week by his lack of distance of the tee and with the weakish field he will feel that he could win.
Suggest Nicolas Colsaerts £5 e/w @ 50-1 Ladbrokes.
David Toms £5 e/w @ 40-1 in several places.
Hi hector. I missed those prices, & had to go the Betfair route to get the best ew deal.
I had £5 win on both, & £5 "Top 5 Finish" on both, total staked £20.
Colsaerts win @ 49/1
Colsaerts Top 5 @ 9/1.
Toms win @ 35/1
Toms Top 5 @ 6.8/1
